Pros:

El apartamento era amplio, estaba muy limpio y tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia. La zona era muy tranquila y segura con el transporte publico al lado.

Expensive apartment with bad smell
Pros:

Reception personel is great !
Room smell was very bad (food / fish) and the rooms need a full refurbishment.
Location is good for my visit
Parking garage is bit sketchy and expensive
Room price is far out of line with what you will get.

C'était bien, mais peut-être plus adapté pour des séjours plus long , pas seulement pour une nuit.
Pros:

Réceptionniste très accueillante. Dommage qu'il y avait des travaux dans la cour. Pratique avec les commodités aux alentours et pour prendre le train ou le bus. Appartement bien équipé.

Cons:

La couleur vert pomme des murs dans le couloir à l'étage. Pour le prix , il y a des établissements qui incluent un petit déjeuner. Mais merci quand même pour la bouteille d'eau et les pastilles de café.

Pros:

Comme d'habitude c'est l'emplacement de cette résidence qui m'attire; je suis à 20 minutes de voiture pour mes rendez vous médicaux et non loin de l'avenue Louise. Je l'apprécie pour son emplacement

Cons:

L'évier de la cuisine et la baignoire ne coulaient pas correctement , avant de confier l'appartement à un occupant c'est important de regarder ces aspects. Les Ustensiles de cuisine ne sont pas de bonne qualité, impossible de faire même une omelette parce que la poêle était de mauvaise qualité.
Le personnel à la réception se relaie, parfois je trouve une personne compréhensive parfois non et ce n'est pas toujours facile de se buter à des incompréhensions. Nous recommandons que le personnel de réception demeure réceptif.

Problème d’accès en voiture : pas possible de se garer devant dans la rue, on rentre dans le parking et ensuite c’est impossible de ressortir du parking car toutes les portes demandent un accès avec un pass.
