Idéalement situé à 100 m de la vieille place.
Pros:

Hôtel d’époque, très bien situé pour visiter la vieille ville.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié que l’hôtel débite 100€ de caution pour le mini bar et qu’au moment du départ, on me répond qu’elle me sera restituée dans plusieurs jours. C’est inadmissible. J’ai exigé que l’on me rembourse immédiatement. Ce qui a été fait. La (non) confiance c’est réciproque! Je n’ai jamais vu ça.

Le petit déjeuner buffet où il manquait des fruits frais et des yaourts.

Vi kommer sakna hotellet och speciellt personalen. Kommer väldigt gärna fler gånger om vägarna bär till Krakow igen.
Pros:

Personalen var mycket hjälpsam med allt. Under den resan var det mycket också vi behövde hjälp med.
Till att börja med förvarnade vi om att vi kunde få en nattlig gäst någon av dagarna, så behövde möjlighet att ställa in en extrasäng i såna fall. I stället uppgraderades vi kostnadsfritt till ett Deluxe Dubbelrum högst upp, med extra bäddsoffa ”i fall att..” All personal var verkligen mån om att vistelsen skulle vara så bra som möjligt. 24timmarsreception och städpersonal vill jag gärna lyfta lite extra.

Cons:

Läget var verkligen perfekt för de fotgängande besökarna, men lite komplicerat med parkering för bilburna. Hotellet har parkeringar, men ganska få. Så viktigt att förboka om man kommer med bil. Parkeringsvakterna i området är snabba och effektiva och reglerna inte helt lätta att förstå om man inte kan läsa polska. Ett så centralt läge ger också följdaktligen nattligt ljud från gatan. Men mindre än förväntat och tystnade relativt tidigt trots VM final. AC på rummen ger ju också bra möjligheter att sova med stängda fönster.

Nie wieder !!!!

Das Personal

Cons:

Abgewohntes ehemaliges 5 Sterne Haus .
Das Frühstück in einem 3 Sterne Hotel hat mehr Auswahl .
Die Zimmer sind abgewohnt , die Teppiche schmutzig, das Bad total veraltet.
Wir waren sehr enttäuscht und wären am liebsten sofort abgereist .
Das Hotel muss dringend saniert werden !
