Ontbijt bedden en personeel waardeloos
Pros:

Locatie was prima

Cons:

Hotel heeft niks te maken met 5*, onvriendelijke personeel bij check in. We waren iets eerder maar moesten 2 uur wachten terwijl kamer gewoon vrij was. Ontbijt was ECHT drama. 2 sterren kwaliteit.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuss besichtigen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit! Das Zimmer war perfekt sauber!
Ich komme gerne wieder! Ein grosses Merci ans ganze Personal!

Tolles Hotel in Top-Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist exzellent, 80 Meter vom Marktplatz entfernt. Das Team ist freundlich und auch schnell hilfsbereit, wenn mal der Kaffee- Automat streikt. Das Frühstück ist eine gute Mischung von herzhaft bis süß und auch abends wurden wir nie enttäuscht. Das Zimmer war sehr gediegen, wie auch das Hotel ansich. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Łóżko było wygodne

Cons:

Obsługa nie pomocna, za opłaconą kolację do wyboru było tylko pierogi z kapustą i filet z kurczaka(musieliśmy zrezygnować), klimatyzacji nie ma. Personal nie wydział gdzie podają kolację.

Pobyt uwazam za udany, pomimo duzych trudnosci dojazdowych do hotelu.
Pros:

Polozenie Hotelu,jest bardzo centralne. Dobre sniadania, oraz bardzo mila obsluga.

Cons:

Fatalny dojazd do hotelu wlasnym samochodem mimo zalaczonej nawigacji. Hotel znajduje sie w strefie zakazu ruchu i policja bardzo dokladnie kontroluje ta okolice i wymaga poswiadczenia ze jest sie gosciem hotelowym czego niestety z hotelu nie otrzymalismy.
Brak mozliwosci ladowania samochodu elektrycznego na parkingu hotelowym, ktory jest stosunkowo drogi - 180 zl. na dobe i bardzo maly - max. 4-5 samochdow.

Cons:

Pri objednávaní ubytovania ste nám neuviedli, že parkovanie v hoteli si musíme dopredu rezervovať, čo nám spôsobilo hodne komplikácii. Parkovanie ďaleko,museli sme sa tahat s batožinou. Veľmi hlučno. určite by bolo potrebné takúto základnú vec upozorniť pri objednávaní.
