Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Tolle Lage, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück auf der zauberhaften Terrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Unsere Dusche war bei Check in noch etwas schmutzig, dies wurde aber direkt nachgebessert.
The room was very nice and we had a lovely few days in Faro, great location. The lady who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she was a great ambassador for the hotel.

Location is crucial on a short break and you won't find better as the hotel is walking distance to everything. Roof top bar is the jewel in the crown...a stunning view to kickstart the day with breakfast and the evening with an aperitif.
Premium double rooms are v cramped and balcony area would be better used as internal space. Food and service on the rooftop bar is very average. What a missed opportunity...we would love to have had dinner with that view! Tip: always order coffee from the bar at breakfast as coffee machines in buffet area are poor.
