Esperava mais deste hotel. As intalações do quarto encomtram-se um pouco desatualizadas e precisariam de alguma renovação para corresponder ao nível esperado. Além disso, perante um engano na marcação, solicitamos na hora a possibilidade de antecipar a estadia em apenas um dia. Infelizmente, a postura demonstrada foi excessivamente rigída e pouco flexível faltando a atenção e cuidado no atendimento que normalmente se espera de um hotel desta categoria. Acresce ainda que foi reservado e pago um quarto com vista mar, mas a vista disponibilizada era maioritáriamente para a cidade e para os barcos da marina, o que não correspondeu ás expetativas criadas. No geral ficou a sensação de que a experiência poderia ter sido bastante mais cuidada e orientada para o cliente.

worth coming back

lovely location, outstanding service. the dining room serves a great breakfast. and for lunch and dinner the hotel restaurant is a bright , quiet, spacious, relaxing place with great views for a well-served and delicious meal or snack.

Geweldig. Kom zeker terug als ik weer in a Coruna verblijf. Dicht bij de oude stad.

De suite. Lekker ruim en goed verzorgd. Dicht bij de haven en de oude stad.

POR DECIR ALGO, LO QUE MENOS ME GUSTO FUE QUE EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO DE LA HABITACIÓN HACÍA MUCHO RUIDO.
TAMBIÉN, QUE ES UN POCO COMPLICADO LLEGAR AL HOTEL SI VAS EN COCHE PARTICULAR PORQUE NO HAY INDICACIONES Y ESTAS UN BUEN RATO ENTRANDO Y SALIENDO DEL TUNEL QUE HAY JUSTO AL LADO DEL HOTEL.
