La atención al cliente,habitación,desayuno,ubicación y me gusto mucho el aparcamiento. Es una zona donde es casi imposible aparcar con lo que el aparcamiento es maravilloso.
Las piscinas al ser agosto estaban siempre muy muy llenas.
Mooie ruime kamer met uitzicht op zee. Zeer veel voorzieningen in de kamer, maar ook in het hotel. Behulpzaam personeel en een enorm goed ontbijt met heel veel keuzemogelijkheden
Parkeren lukte niet meer bij het hotel en het is op Google maps ook moeilijk te vinden met de auto
Lovely hotel and excellent location near the marina. The breakfast was to a high standard and the staff were all wonderful.

Lo que no me gustó fue que habíamos especificado que queríamos cama grande y nos pusieron dos camas y tuvimos que cambiar a otra habitación que nos resultó más cara porque no había disponibilidad y que el parking es pequeño y no había plazas

The entire hotel staff deserves 10 stars for their attention and dedication. SPECTACULAR.
Opportunities for improvement for the property: The air conditioning and Wi-Fi are not up to the hotel's standards. It is almost impossible to have a video call in the hotel without setting up a hotspot with your personal phone. And the air conditioning is quite weak

LLevo muchos años yendo una semana a este hotel y año tras año se superan!!
Son siempre super amables y hacen que la estancia sea siempre excelente, como siempre el acceso al Metropolitan y a Solana (zona de piscinas) hacen la estancia aún más memorable.
Ideal si te gusta sali a correr porque tienes ahi mismo el acceso al carril bici y puedes ir corriendo hasta la torre de Hércules.
Este año han dado un paso más y te suben una cajita con la merienda para los niños.
