It needs updating and repairs. The bed was horribly hard to the degree my wife was in pain the next day. The split level means you need to enter from the far back in order to use a luggage dolly and the elevator. Poorly designed

Had the hotel to ourselves
Pros:

We were the only people in the huge hotel . Booked on a Wednesday in the middle of summer- ghost town. It was great.;

I’ve stayed here many times over the course of years and it’s just not as up to par as it used to be

Just a few steps away from great restaurants and shopping.

Cons:

Sliding screen door kept falling off they racks. Neighbors’s did also.
No working a/c. Ground floor room, no privacy on the so called patio.

Disappointing

Location is great. Staff personnel were nice.

I have stayed here multiple times, it’s been a few years & I was sad to see the quality of the property go down hill. There was no AC - which is why we chose a hotel over a cabin , they say it was posted but I saw nothing about it. The spa was closed ,the only ice maker that worked was on the 3rd floor and they only had 2 servers working a Saturday morning breakfast rush! This was nothing like my past experiences and it quite honestly took away the nostalgia I had for the place.

The thermostat did not work it got up to 95 degrees in our room. It was so hot and uncomfortable.

Outrageous
Pros:

No air conditioner working and no hot water but they didn’t tell us and rented it anyway. Are you kidding me. Front desk was embarrassed but told us to call corporate. I’ll be calling my Credit Card company and filing a complaint and getting a refund no doubt about that! Stay away!
