Pros:

Frukosten var bra, fanns allt en kunde önska sig. Bra med slottider, när vi kom fanns de plats och när vi skulle gå va de fullt. Trevlig personal. Rent.

Cons:

Det var så varmt på rummet, vi var 2 vuxna, en 15 åring och en 5 åring. AC.n orkade inte med och då va ändå inte mer än cirka 20 grader ute på dagen. Vi fick öppna fönstret för att överleva natten och då va de istället för mycket oljud från vägen så det blev inte många timmars sömn. Sängarna i våningssängen var relativt tunna "kassa" madrasser så min 15 åring fixk ont i kroppen men funkade för min 5 åring (vi la ner madrasserna på golvet).

Sängarna okej om man gillar åt de mer hårda hållet.

Trevligt med mer fördelar än nackdelar.
Pros:

Trivsam reception, stora bra lokaler i entré och restaurang. Bra rum och badrum och tyst på natten. Trevlig personal.

Cons:

Hissarna räcker inte till under högsäsong (bildas kö) och inga trappor finns att tillgå. Bubbelpool var under renovering vilket inte framgick på hemsidan. Frukosten dyr (179kr) trots att den är helt ordinär. Inget kylskåp i rummet.

Pros:

Läget, gångavstånd till både avenyn och Liseberg med 10 minuter till båda.

Cons:

Vi hade inte fått någon information om att relax avdelningen skulle vara under renovering. Det var stopp i handfatet i vårat rum och duschen läkte.
