Impressed with the Quality of food and service offered

This is to specifically thank Sandeep, Anand, and Chefs Dilbar and Rajkumar for their exemplary services.
Pros:

This was our 25th stay at this property and I haven’t had a single complain against any of the housekeeping or the dining and floor managers and staff at the Mynt. Except for a couple of minor hiccups about a year back, even the front desk staff are quite efficient and very prompt in catering to the guests room likes and dislikes. It would, however, be remiss of me if I do not specifically mention the names of the floor manager, dining staff and the chefs at the Mynt. I am yet to come across such a dedicated manager like Sandeep who instinctively knows what a guest’s preferences are and goes over and beyond to personally make sure the guest has a comfortable stay. His reportees echo his work ethic, and Anand, especially, ensures that our menu is curated according to our dietary restrictions. Chef Dilbar and Chef Rajkumar are extremely thoughtful and attentive. They take the effort to understand a guest’s dietary requirements and suggest dishes accordingly…and can make even a bland dish taste delicious! When you frequent a place as regularly as we do, you need a place which can give you a feel of home away from home, and this is it!

Great service, great service, well maintained
Pros:

The hotel staff are professional, polite and helpful. It’s clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the swimming pool and the steam room too, there’s also a spa but we didn’t have a chance to try it out.
The breakfast was also very good with a variety of food on offer and we enjoyed sitting outside on the peaceful terrace enjoying our breakfast. The hotel is situated in a central location with Brigade Road and Church Street a short walk away.

Cons:

Nothing, we enjoyed the space a lot.
