Pros:

The Hotel was neat and clean. The location is in center of the city. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

There is a neglect as regards the room facilities. The swimming pool was dirty with unfiltered water, there was no lifeguard which is risk for elders and kids and a serious violation. The swimming pool changing area is not segregated and use the bathroom of the SPA.Oddly one needs to traverse the SPA reception to go the changing rooms

A gem in the city!
Pros:

Location was excellent - we were 5 minutes walk from Brigade Street, Church Street and 10 mins walk from MG road. The hotel on Residency rd is very nice and the staff is very helpful. Rooms were always kept clean. Our room was a good size and we were upgraded to the pool view. The gym and pool facilities were good and all the nearby restaurants were excellent.

Cons:

I would suggest to put up a sign when the pool is out of service, other than that it was all very nice!

Mynt Dinner Event.
Pros:

We had an excellent event at Vivanta residency road mynt restaurant.Awesome hospitality and food .Anand ,Baishakhu,Afreen,Ikram,Chef Rajkumar,Chef Asotosh, Tanishq were so friendly and the service was top notch during the event.
