café da manhã excelente, variadas opções de alimentos, prontidão da equipe do café em atender aos pedidos. a localização atendeu bem à expectativa, contudo, a acomodação está distante uns 3 a 3,5 km do centro nervoso de cph, é possível ir à pé, 40 minutos, ou de trem, fácil e rápido.

considero que a equipe da recepção merece treinamento para receber pessoas de diferentes culturas, são frios, pouco atenciosos ou gentis, parecia que eu estava sendo atendido por um robô. O atendente Andres foi péssimo na abordagem inicial, lamentável, o atendimento desse rapaz me fez repensar se um dia ficarei novamente no hotel ou em um hotel da rede scandic. o atendente é uma porta de pau brasil rústico. a limpeza deixou muito a desejar, não passaram nem para recolher o lixo dos banheiros, ponto altamente negativo no hotel. limpeza não é o forte dessa turma.

I can never go wrong with Scandic. They always meet my usual expectations.

The choices, even in the latter part of breakfast time.

Cons:

More choices of bread. It ran out way too quickly , especially for a huge breakfast room.
