Scandic indifference
Pros:

The breakfast was good

Cons:

1. No tea/coffee in the room.
2. No telephone in the room. I had to run to the reception for everything.
3. The reception was unresponsive. My room did not have hand wash, it was not refilled despite my request.
4. My friend got double charged for his room. Upon protesting, he was told that the payment would be refunded, which hasn't happened as yet.

Fint hotell, men har forbedringspotensiale.
Pros:

Det er greit når du kommer med bil, for det er bra med parkeringsplasser. Dessuten så er det togstasjon i gåavstand til hotellet så det er også greit med kollektiv transport.

Cons:

Rommene har kun en stol også på dobbeltrommene. Vi var der i 5 netter og var en del på hotellet. Sjefen for rengjøringspersonalet skaffet oss en ekstra, men dette burde vært standard.
Flere av personalet i resepsjon forstår ikke norsk og ba oss snakke engelsk. Vi kan engelsk, men det er for dårlig at de ikke prøver å forstå norsk som har maaange ord som er likt med dansk.

Unhappy with the way the room bookings were handled

Cons:

The staff at the reception on check out was rude . The property is misselling the rooms in its classification. The superior rooms are no different to the standard rooms which I actually experienced and even after raising the matter with the hotel no response has been received. I ended up paying 350 DKK per night extra for no reason and no one extras

Perfekt für Sightseeing Kopenhagen
Pros:

Perfekt gelegen, um mit der Bahn in die Stadt zu fahren. Ausreichend Hotelparkplätze vorhanden.
Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksbereich war sehr wuselig und laut. Am zweiten Tag hatten wir den hinteren Bereich entdeckt, dort war es deutlich ruhiger.

Perfect location, just few minutes by walk to station and 2 train stops to main train station. Great breakfast (highly recommended to book the time slot as advised by receptionist). Loved the books in the room about nordic design and hygge.

the ventillation is too much which I could not manage to adjust.

Handige uitvalsplek , prima kamer, goed ontbijt. Het zou alleen handig zijn als je bij aankomst ondanks de drukte een goede uitleg krijgt hoe alles in z’n werk gaat. In Engels.
