Frokosten var bra. Sentralt beliggende.

Cons:

Servitørene i restauranten ( på kvelden) var lite effektive og bør være mer «på». Så flere som gikk uten å bli «ekspedert» og fikk anvist plass. De bør få bedre opplæring og oppfølging. Mot oss gikk det greit.
Parkeringsområde bør også tilby el ladere.

Location excellent but not a great stay.
Cons:

I booked two rooms for me and my daughter. I didn't specify the reasons when booking as I didn't see an obvious way to do so. My daughter is autistic and has sensory issues so we were not able to share a room. I did request that the rooms be close together. They were not. They were on the same floor but in different corridors. Only I spoke to the front desk on arrival. I was rather confused as they treated the booking as if it was two separate transactions despite the booking being in my name and the payment method given when booking was in my name only. I had to pay for it as two separate transactions. I was asked if housekeeping would be needed as we were staying two nights. I declined. But my daughter was woken by housekeeping coming in to her room the following day. This was very unsettling for her. We rarely stay in hotels, as we usually stay with family when we travel, so my daughter didn't know to hang the do not disturb sign on her door, not that she should have had to as I had declined housekeeping. I did not feel comfortable raising this issue with the front desk as I hadn't found them particularly accommodating or approachable when we arrived. I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room, it hadn't even occurred to me to check. If I had realised, I would have brought my own with me.
