Veldig sentralt , lett å finne frem fra Sentralbanestasjonen ,og hotellet ligger rett ved Gøteborgs største kjøpesenter.

Efter en tur till Balkan och deras fyrstjärniga hotell såg jag här den positiva skillnaden.(Europa)
Pros:

Frukosten. Jag var fascinerad av damen som tog emot och hjälpte vänligt. Jag hade inte några barn med mej men noterade att hon hade koll på vad de behövde med pennor, papper och lekrum.

Cons:

Jag fann inte någon vattenkokare på rummet. Skönt att få fixa lite eget varmt på rummet på kvällen.

Schönes Hotel mit schlechtem Personal

Cons:

Es hat nichts funktioniert. Garage ging nicht auf, keiner ging ans Telefon, kein Zimmerservice, sogar nicht nach expliziter Anforderung. Handtücher und Toilettenpapier mussten wir uns selber holen, falsche Abbuchung von der Kreditkarte. Erst nach mehrfachen Beschwerde beim Management kam eine Entschuldigung, Rückbuchung und der Versuch einer wieder Gutmachung! Schade weil das Hotel sonst gut wäre und eine prima Lage hat.

TVn fungerade dåligt. Fjärrkontrollen i dåligt skick. Fick börja med att byta batteri.
