Beautiful facade, however ...
Pros:

The room and public areas were immaculate and beautifully appointed. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

Cons:

There was nothing practical about the room. There is nowhere to put your stuff. There was one draw between the two of us and a hanging rail. We were there for 4 days and had to live out of our suitcases.

Plus, there’s no kettle. As an English person, it is essential. Nor was there complimentary water in the room, which even the most basic of hotels in the UK would provide. There were small water glasses which, for me, held a couple of mouthfuls! Two of them had chips around the lips. Thankfully, there's a COOP across the road that has everything.

We were on the 7th floor and underneath the roof flags. When they flap in the wind, boy is it loud, annoying, and prevented sleep!

The bathroom was basic, and the water pressure in the shower was disappointing. However, the underfloor heating was awesome!

Breakfast time is chaotic! You have to pre-book, and when you arrive, fight for a table! I really don't like to have to fight my way through a crowd for hot drinks or carry them around to find my table. Or find tepid food situated on heated plates. However, there were lots of options and something for everyone.

Very child friendly with fun facilities for kids like table tennis and good meal options. Great location in easy walking distance to central station, park and main shopping area. Staff were lovely and helpful. Bar and restaurant area lovely. Great breakfast.

Cons:

It was very busy especially at breakfast. They coped well with it though.

Greit hotell for kortere opphold sentralt i Göteborg

Sentralt beliggende. God frokost, hyggelig personale.

Cons:

Varmt familierom, brukte vifte hele oppholdet. Noe trangt, når køyesengene var utslått var de tett oppi dobbeltsengen. Eldre bad på rommet med badekar. Ingen mulighet for å caste underholdning fra egen enhet til tv på rommet.

Ganska slitet hotell. WC-stolen var äldre och hade gul beläggning på insidan. Vi hade rum på våning 3 med fönster in mot lobbyn vilket kändes väldigt instängt. (Såklart inget önskemål som ni kunnat veta innan och heller inte något vi hade kunnat önska).
