Enttäuscht und sehr teuer

Zentrale Lage

Cons:

Aufzug funktioniert nicht und dann waren es 5 hohe Stockwerke

Auf den Fotos der Zimmer Beschreibung ist es nicht sichtbar wie das extra Bett bzw Klappcouch aussieht.
Dieses war total uneben und es wurde sich nicht mal die Mühe gemacht einen topper draufzulegen um es auszugleichen.
Man konnte kaum schlafen.
Das ist für 160€ die Nacht nicht akzeptabel!!

Very good historic location but noisy, it captures all essence of Berlin

Very iconic hotel located in historic place of the berlin wall. My apartment can see old train crossing the bridge

Die Fenster waren nicht gut isoliert. Man konnte den Lärm der Straße die ganze Nacht bei geschlossenen Fenster hören und es hat ein wenig reingeregnet.

Location is good, working TV (but the remote ran out of batteries), shower was nice and clean

Cons:

There were tea bags but no kettle and the coffee machine didn't work either.
The lift was out of order and it was a lot of stairs.
Pillows were terrible (way too big)

Cons:

Elevator was not working all 3 days that I was there and the room was on the fifth floor. (Was told that it is not working for quite some time) this is important information for older people or people with needs.

Also air conditioning was not working, and its August in Berlin, 5th floor under the roof, so it gets hot.
Was promised that it would be fixed but no one showed up. At the end they told me its off in the whole building.

Buen hotel con vista al muro en ubicación estratégica
Pros:

La vista desde la habitación era inmejorable, los techos eran altos y la habitación en general era muy cómoda. Buena decoración y con todo lo necesario para pasar varios días. Recomiendo alquilar la deluxe con vista al río/muro.

Cons:

El ascensor estaba averiado.

Great hotel. Horrible if you have questions/make changes
Pros:

Room as very nice and comfortable. The check in checkout was easy.

Cons:

The elevator was broke and I was on the 5th floor (6th floor if you’re American) people should be warned about this before they book.

I also had a change of schedule and it was nearly impossible to get a hold of someone. 100% put. A huge damper on my experience with this hotel… if they just had someone to answer the phone and give you straight written proof of your changes, I would have been much happier with the hotel.

Pros:

The room was very nice and comfy and I had a bladeless fan for when it got hot in the room.

Cons:

The elevator didn't work and I had to carry my luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs (there are 5 floors so there is a possibility you could be higher)
