Couldn’t get a good night sleep
Pros:

Right at the foot of East Side Gallery.

Cons:

The apartment is next to a huge road so its quite noisy but its so warm in the room that its impossible to sleep without opening the windows. The room is very small and the bed isn’t wide neither.

- es war im Sommer unglaublich heiß, ein Ventilator war aufgestellt, dieser zeigte in der Temperaturanzeige 34 Grad an, gleichzeitig konnte man kaum lüften, weil der Flur vorm Zimmer genauso heiß war. Selbst nachts (Außentemperatur 20 Grad) kühlte es kaum ab im Zimmer
- die Lage ist an sich gut und war von mir auch bewusst gewählt, allerdings war es so laut durch Feiernde und Autos, dass Schlafen unmöglich war - die Konstellation mit dem warmen Zimmer und nachts lüften bei starker Lautstärke draußen, war natürlich auch sehr ungünstig
- insgesamt habe ich aufgrund der Hitze und der Lärmkulisse leider 2/2 Nächten nicht schlafen können

Not recommend staying in the summer
Pros:

The location is really nice - in front of Berlin wall, a lot of cafes in the area, big shopping senter nearby, the river, close to S-bahn.
Easy self check-in. Clean room, very soft towels.

Cons:

The room had air conditioning, but it wasn't working. The hotel staff kept telling me that it should be working and that someone would come to check it. However, during my three-day stay, no one ever came. I only received messages saying, "It should be working," "We have noted your request," and "Sorry for the inconvenience."
They also refused to move me to another room.
Without air conditioning, the room was unbearably hot, like a sauna. There was a fan, but it didn't help much. The hotel is also located on a very busy and noisy street. I tried sleeping with both the window open and closed, but neither option helped with the temperature. As a result, I barely slept during all three nights of my stay.
The pillow was also very uncomfortable.

Probably fine if no issues, but if you have issues the fact there’s no staff on site really hurts your experience.

Good location, nice room once I was upgraded

Cons:

The fact there’s no staff site means if there’s any issues like I had with my original room, or losing some personal items during the move to the new room, there’s no one you can just go to and ask for help. They have an AI bot that hijacks every WhatsApp conversation, they don’t have any message history between conversations, so it becomes really hard and stressful to resolve issues when they happen.
