Bad Value
Pros:

We were traveling through Scadinavia during the last three weeks, staying at Scandic Hotels in most cities.
This hotel was by far the most expensive one with the least value.
When we showed up for breakfast, most of the tables were not cleaned, although enough personell was present. It was obvious that they were busy checking their private phones rather than carrying for their guests.
Same picture for the room service. Looks like they were busy checking their cell phones, while resting in guest rooms, thus missing details and amenities in the room, we had no coffee in the room.
It was our observation during one night stay.
Looking at the value, we would not recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Bed for 1 child we didnt get we book 2 rooms for family 2 children which is 11 yrs old and 10 yrs old plus 0 age.1 room only we got ee got 2 single beds but extra bed for 1 child instead of every room has 1 double deck bed or 1 room has atleast extra mattress for 1 child that we didnt get🫣we expecting that would be good if everyroom has atleast bed for 1 child but no.

Sehr gut erreichbar. Nettes Personal, das Zimmer war gut eingerichtet. Schalldichte Fenster lassen einen ruhig schlafen.
