Personalen mycket trevlig!
Obsługa, śniadanie (uwaga trzeba rezerwować miejsce w systemie wewnętrznym, proste w obsludze) blisko terminalu promowego. Parking darmowy ale trzeba też zarejestrować auto w systemie, bardzo prosta Obsługa.
The room was super cold. There was zero heating despite it being September. I had to sleep with 2 blankets
Hyggeligt familievenligt. Lækker lille pool og sauna. Meget lækker morgenbuffet. Roligt område.

It's a very very good hotel. Rooms are quite quiet. Pool and sauna for free and also the big (!) parking is free. This is excellent and not common in Malmö. The hotel is outside the city center but the bus stop is 2min from the hotel and the bus runs every 10min on weekdays, a little lesser on Sat-Sun. They have bikes you can rent if you want. Cyclepaths everywhere in /outside Malmö. There is a wonderful 50-meter pool nearby (with kids pool too) and you have free admission if you stay in Scandic Segevång. This pool is open June-Aug. Breakfast is amazing!!

Läget kunde varit bättre. Men det är ju inte mycket att göra åt. Kanske gjort en trevligare entré utanför.
Convenient access from the main road and public transport to/from the city centre
The hotel carpark is operated by APCOA and its staff prey on hotel guests waiting to check in before you stand a chance to register your car number plates with reception (a dedicated tablet). By the time you return to your vehicle you find a ticket behind your windscreen wiper. Luckily the hotel staff are helpful to contact APCOA and cancel the payment. The entire situation creates an unnecessary headache and extra work for reception staff. Do something about it!
