Good location but incredibly small room even for two people

we didint book breakfast, but complementary coffe and bakery voucher were nice bonus.

Pros:

Frühstück war praktisch und kostengünstig - Gratis Tee + Kaffee mit gekauften Spiesen aus der anliegenden Bäckerei, 7 Tage.

Cons:

The shower drain was clogged and they only did something to solve the problem in second day.
In the first day the whole bathroom was flooded and they only gave some extra towels to dry the floor by myself. The bath took 1 minute or less (literally) and then 10 minutes to dry the floor.
When I talked to somebody in the second day, I had to explain the problem all over again because the first person didn’t communicate it to the others. It was hard since most of the Staff don’t speak English.
Later I kindly asked for a late checkout offering to pay for it, and they only responds “checkout 12”. I asked if it is possible to take a shower in the external bathrooms (after all in the first day I couldn’t have a proper one) and the seemed pissed and just said again “checkout 12” in a rude manner. They have other 2 hotels in the same block and didn’t do anything to check if I can move to the others hotel.
Also every time that I had to talk to reception there was anybody there. Every single time is like 10 minutes of waiting. Even when I left my suitcase in the storage luggage room and tell them explicitly that I would come back at 3pm, they were not there.
Also even after the drain was repair, the shower box is in a higher level than the bathroom floor , so of course the floor still got somewhat wet.
Finally the area around the toilet seat is so small. I am 168 cm and it was hard to use it comfortably.

Zentral gelegen, freundlich. Preis-Leistung: Top!
Pros:

Hat Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Etwas was heutzutage unverzichtbar ist. Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Lage ist gut. Kaffee und Wasser wird gratis angeboten, allerdings geht man fürs Frühstück sowieso gleich in die Bäckerei im gleichen Gebäude. Preis-Leistung ist toll. Werde wieder kommen!

Cons:

Viele Randständige in der Gegend die in der Nacht auch mal laut werden können (Heutiges Deutschland halt). Hab mich deswegen aber nie unsicher gefühlt.
Mein TV hat nicht funktioniert, war mir aber auch nicht wichtig.
