Staff is friendly and helpful specially Mr. Matthias , also for the first time in Germany i received the room in 10 am ,

Cons:

I booked in minga 13
But once i arrived they told me you have to change the hotel to minga 4 , they said all are the same company and same hotel although while booking through booking.com the rate for minga 13 was higher, in addition the breakfast should be included but they informed me that there is no more breakfast and instead they give me a voucher with 5 euros to be used in the bakery located in minga13

Excelent!
Pros:

Locatie usor de gasit, intr-un cartier linistit, la 10 minute de mers pe jos de centru, foarte aproape de mijloacele de transport cu care poti ajunge in orice parte a orasului. Langa hotel se afla o patiserie in care poti servi micul dejun iar in preajma sunt mai multe restaurante si cafenele.

Cons:

Totul a fost in regula.

Personal foarte amabil. Curat in camera. Ma asteptam sa fie o camera mica, intrucat am ales o camera single, dar a fost mai confortabila decat as fi putut cere pentru pretul cerut. As mai merge si alta data.

Pros:

Kaldığım oda temiz ve konumu iyi yerdeydi

Cons:

Sabah kahvaltısının olmaması iyi olmadı.
İçecek otomatının sadece nakitle çalışması. Sanırım otomat arızalıydı. 10 euro verip bir su alacaktım fakat paramın üstünü vermeyince mecbur 10 euroluk harcama yaptım. Ve benden önce birisi de 1 eurosunu geri alamamıştı.

Tres bien
Pros:

En plein centre donc tres bien situé
Le staff était tres arrangeant
Encore merci à eux car nous avons fait un check in tres tardif
Et cela n’a posé aucun problème

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war freundlich und nett eingerichtet. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück, welches man sich aus der nebenan liegenden Bäckerei geholt hat (mit Gutschein), war gut. Die Lage des Hotels war sehr zentral, ca. 10 Gehminuten vom Marienplatz entfernt.
Das Hotel kann ich weiterempfehlen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für 338,- Euro pro Nacht im Doppelzimmer- das ist mehr als nur eine Frechheit. Wie kann ein solches Hotel mit drei Stern

Einzig die zentrale Lage ist empfehlenswert.

Cons:

Schimmel in der Duschwanne, kaputtes Waschbecken, Toilettenspülung nicht druckvoll genug, um alles weg zu spülen , kaputtes Möbelstück, absolut veraltete Möbel, Lichtschalter und Steckdosen am Kopf, so dass man im Schlaf versehentlich das Licht anschaltet, kaputter Fußboden.

No hay servicios y el BAr cierra a las 22:00, aunque sólo sea para ver la TV, tampoco te dejan estar en la sala y te cierran con llave ese acceso
