Yohana and her team has been very warm and welcoming to us the entire time we were here. Her service was impeccable and it is service staff like her that would bring patrons back. We hope to visit again in the near future and thank you for the experience.

Everything... beautiful resort and staff

We enjoyed a wonderful 10 days relaxation at Homm Laguna. Our room was spacious and clean and beautifully decorated on arrival in celebration of our wedding anniversary. The view of the pool, gardens and beach was spectacular. The private beach is shared with the 2 sister hotels either side and it would have been nice to have had a few more beach beds, especially at the busy weekend!
The food was very good, great choices for breakfast though limited for dinner here. However the sister hotel Banyan Tree did offer several restaurants that were excellent. A free, efficient buggy transport is available to and fro.
We made use of the adjoining golf facilities and the course, equipment and caddy were great! As was the spa at the hotel! Leila was an amazing therapist and masseur.
Our 5* was ultimately because the staff were outstanding! El, Daniel and Pancha were based in reception and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Indeed, all the staff were so happy all the time to help in any way. We would absolutely recommend this hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay in Bintan, splitting my time between Homm Laguna Bintan (May 1-2, 2026) and Banyan Tree Bintan (May 2-3, 2026).

One of the best things about these properties, along with Cassia Bintan, is that they are all managed by the same management and are located right next to each other. This creates a massive, seamless resort area with plenty of space to explore.

What truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service at Homm Laguna Bintan. I am incredibly grateful to Pak Pancha and Bu El. They were both extremely informative and went above and beyond to assist me with restaurant reservations, arranging the shuttle bus to Plaza Lagoi, and coordinating the shuttle to the Ferry Terminal. Their help made everything so much smoother and stress-free.

Whether you choose Homm, Banyan Tree, or Cassia, I highly recommend staying at any of these three properties for a great getaway.

Had a great long weekend at Homm Bintan. Service was great, everyone was so nice and helpful. El and Adel at reception took good care of us and booked restaurants in Banyan Tree. Beach is always in great shape, can see corals and so many fish after a short swim into the ocean. Will be back again.

What was great
- the staff really care and want to help everyone from dept. desk to all the restaurant staff including Adele and Daniel and buggy drivers were great
- ⁠we had exceptional care from Evo who with his team cleaned our room - he is an asset to the team
- ⁠and in the breakfast restaurant Amirah and Wiwik were amazing. They treated us like family, remembered us each day and were always offering extra service that made us feel very cared for.

Also the dinner we had at Saffron was absolutely wonderful and we will remember it forever.

Check to see if there is a turtle release during your stay and go see the babies at Cassia next door.

I stayed at Homm Laguna for my 2D1N trip to celebrate my friend’s birthday. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and accommodating for specialised requests to make this trip memorable. Our stay at Homm Laguna Bintan from 29 April to 2 May was absolutely perfect. My girlfriend and I had full board access and made the most of it: breakfast, lunch, dinner, daily activities, and even a 1hr massage each day included.

We did Tree Trekking, Kayaking, Sunrise Yoga, learned Basic Massage Techniques, Buggy Tour, and the Sundown Ritual. Also paid extra for Archery and loved it. Every meal was great and the whole resort just has such a relaxing energy.

Huge thanks to the amazing team who made our stay so special:

*Front Desk*: Daniel, Panca, Tasia, Adel and the rest of the team - so welcoming and helpful from check-in to check-out.
*Housekeeping*: Rafli and his colleagues kept our room spotless.
*F&B*: Wiwit and her team, plus Hida from Cassia - the food and service were excellent.
*Activities*: Archery guy and Andi for Kayak - patient and fun instructor. Luna and Micha for Tree Trek. Sofyan and Levi for Buggy Rides.
*Spa*: Natalia, Nadia, Fena, Lela and team - the daily massages were a highlight.

Relaxing location and atmosphere - resort is located at the beachside, offering a calm, quiet and peaceful vibe. Ideal for relieving stress if you are at a high-paced country like Singapore and desperately need to rewind.
Rooms are very neat, clean and hygienic.
There is a Lotus Cafe and Xana Beach Club, as well as a small Veranda Cafe - their food is delicious! There is also a swimming pool which helped us cool off from the heat in the mid-afternoon. Excellent!
Special mention to the team members: Tasia, Pancha, Daniel, Adel and Risti for the exceptional service provided - this included installing a bidet at the toilet, finding a rafia string on such a short notice to tie our cartons together, as well as coordinating the buggies for our transport to Banyan Tree Bintan for 2 of our meals etc.. Information provided to us is also very clear, e.g., explaining in detail the half-board package, which further enhanced our comfort during our stay.

We had a lovely one night stay at Homm Laguna Bintan. Our check in with Daniel was smooth and Adel was very kind during check out. The food at XANA near the beach was delicious, beach also amazing and clean. Everything felt comfortable and memorable, will comeback soon, thanks for all the staff.
