A very relaxed, welcoming resort with excellent facilities. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff very kind and helpful especially Amirah and Wiwin

We booked this stay to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. My parents absolutely loved everything, and since it was also my younger sibling’s birthday, I requested a small birthday surprise for the room. The team went above and beyond by decorating the room beautifully and preparing a lovely birthday cake for us.

Our family had an amazing 3 days and 2 nights filled with wonderful memories. We are so grateful to Tasia, Adel, and Daniel for making our stay so special and memorable.

A special thank you as well to Ega at the restaurant for the warm and kind service. We truly appreciated your hospitality.

Thank you for giving our family such a wonderful experience. We hope to come back again someday!

The staff try very hard but they don’t seem to understand or often get the request wrong. Those who managed well and thus stood out are:
Tasia, Danielle, ocha, Audi, Nichol, Johnson, wee wee and another middle aged lady working closely with wee wee from the buffet restaurant.
Perhaps more training required. Otherwise, stay was fine

Me & my family stay at hm laguna hotel from 27 to 29 June. All the staff are very warmly and I definitely give 10 star of their service. The staff called name as Desi & Nadya also give us the best serving to me & my family. It make us feel like our home. We will be back again to here.

The Homm was absolutely fabulous, from the room and the location to the staff who are always happy to help with a smile on their face. Special shout out to Adel, Tasia and Daniel who helped us throughout the stay along with many other friendly faces who made our stay so memorable. We loved staying here and can’t wait to come back.

Très belle plage et très propre. Beaucoup de petites attentions de la part de l'établissement qui ont été très appréciées (gateau à l'arrivée car anniversaire, lit décoré). Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. Le SPA est fantastique. Je recommande à 1000% !

We stayed in cassia and had dinner by the beach in xana bar. The BBQ buffet was good but the services even better. The supervisors and the waiting staff like Aga were very attentive and accommodating .

Had an amazing barbecue dinner by the beach, with amazing food, eh, and great drinks.
Darul was a great waiter and took good care of me!
Will definitely come back!

The resort gives old money vibes and is so well kept and maintained. I found no issues with the room. There is plenty of swimming pools to choose from and its all nearby. Even the beach is so clean an nice. So peaceful here. The staff here is simply excellent, very warm and hospitable and goes the extra mile to make your stay here really worthwhile. Some honorable mentions like Amira, wiwit, mika, evo, bennie, adim, and el. But all of them are simply excellent. Will definitely come again here. 💯

I would like to take a moment to commend two exceptional members of your team who made our dinner experience truly memorable — Darul Naufal Farhan and Chef Anjas.

Both were incredibly professional and friendly throughout our visit. During our meal, we ordered ikan bawal, which unfortunately had an off smell. When Chef Anjas came by to check on us, we mentioned the issue and he apologized sincerely and immediately arranged for a replacement with seabass — even after we assured him that it was fine and that we were already full.

His dedication to ensuring we left happy, going above and beyond what was expected, truly reflects the high standards of your establishment. Darul Naufal Farhan was equally attentive and warm, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout the evening.

Please do pass on our heartfelt appreciation to both of them. It is staff like these who make guests want to return.

It’s a fun experience in Homm! The private beach has beautiful, soft white sand and crystal-clear water. Don’t miss the dinner by the beach, food is amazing.
Darul Ega, one of the staff is very accommodating and made sure that everything is great! All staff are friendly. They ever surprised me for my bday cake. I’m so touched. 😍 I will never forget this experience and for sure will be back.

Our first visit to Bintan Island. This place is very nice with its nature landscape and the private beach. They provided a room which has the best Seaview!
