Had a great time at the spa with my therapist Endras. I was super relaxed and she was so nice! I always enjoy coming back whenever I’m in Bintan.

She had a bit diffent Style from all I know before and that was a Great expecience and Perfect ambience and helpef my back an neck really.Thank you Fena and we like to come back to Cassia/Lagoon Hotel soon.Katja

I had a wonderful 30min head, neck, and Arm massage by Helno at the Laguna Bintan Golf Club following morning round. Billa provided an excellent service as well.

Had a wonderful massage experience here! Helno, Billa, and Endras were all incredibly skilled and really knew how to work out tension in the right spots. The atmosphere was clean, calm, and relaxing — perfect for unwinding after a long day. Pressure was well-adjusted based on my preference, and the whole session felt professional from start to finish. Would definitely come back and highly recommend Helno, Billa, and Endras to anyone looking for a good massage in the area!

We had a fantastic trip to Bintan, staying at Homm Laguna for a week. The room was large and spacious and just a few steps from the magnificent beach. The staff here are amazing and really make an effort to get to know you and help make your stay unforgettable - in particular Tasia, Maruli, EL and Panca at front desk and Wiwik at the restaurant - who took care of us like we were family. Food was great, especially the Saturday night bbq and we enjoyed a city tour plus mangrove tour. We’d highly recommend this hotel and the Island as a whole.

Perfect

Location was really convenient and had the perfect beach resort vibe, room was fantastic with a nice view and all amenities we needed were all readily available. The resort also had some fun activities of its own like make your own cocktail, jet ski etc; In room dining + hotel breakfast was really yummy too!

What made the hotel even better was the customer service, everyone who served us were really friendly, accommodating and proactive! We loved having Pancha serving us as he was polite and helpful!

First time in Bintan. Had an amazing experience at the resort. Check in was smooth by Pancha. Initially assigned a room quite secluded, requested for a change and got a much better room on the ground floor facing swimming pool and the beachfront. Amazing customer service, amazing staffs, everyone was friendly. The resort is in a private estate, together with Cassia and Banyan Tree. The beach was very private and quiet. Definitely enjoyed my time there. The one downside is the fact that it is in a private estate, it is quite far from town. Eating out is difficult, Bike Grab isnt available. Grab car was quite difficult and expensive. The best way was to hire a tour guide. I hired a tour guide for the whole 3 days. Amazing experience, just an hour ferry ride away from the hustle of the city of Singapore. Will come back for beach vacation.

We stayed at Cassia Bintan and had breakfast included at Homm. I can only eat gluten free and I want to give a big thank you to Amirah, one of the staff there. Once she knew I was GF she made sure I was looked after every morning of our stay with the most delicious GF pancakes. I didn’t even have to ask for them, she had them prepared and delivered to my table after I arrived each day. She was always smiling and friendly and it was an absolute pleasure to meet her. Thank you Amirah! You made my start to each day amazing!

**Homm Laguna Bintan**
Our family recently stayed at Homm Laguna Bintan, and it was a truly wonderful, memorable getaway.
The property itself is a **rustic hotel**. While some might argue that it needs a bit of renovation here and there, there is an authentic charm to the place—it just feels like it perfectly fits its natural, tropical surroundings. We stayed in the **Island Family Suite**, which was absolutely lovely and gave us fantastic, easy access to both the pool and the beach.
Speaking of the grounds, the **beautiful pool and stunning beach** are absolute highlights, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing family holiday.
### The All-Inclusive Package: What to Expect
We opted for the **all-inclusive package**, which was a bit of a surprise compared to traditional European styles as it **did not include alcohol**. However, the inclusions more than made up for it:
* **All meals** were fully covered.
* **Resort activities** were included.
* **Daily spa massages** were part of the deal—these were absolute highlights of the trip and well worth it.
> **Tip for Dining:** You can also dine at the neighboring **Banyan Tree** properties for a small additional fee. We did this and found both **Treetops and Saffron to be amazing**. A special shout-out to **Daisy at Saffron** for making our dining experience there so spectacular!

The only real downside to the package was that **some staff didn't seem fully aware of what was included** and got a bit confused, so there is definitely some staff training left to do on that front.
### Exceptional Service & Family Care
Beyond that minor hiccup, the **staff all round were amazing**. They went above and beyond to personalize our stay, even taking the time to **learn our daughter’s name**, which meant the world to us. Thank you to everyone! Furthermore, the **lady running the kids' club was exceptional**, keeping the little one thoroughly entertained and cared for.
If you are looking for a beautiful beachfront escape with incredible hospitality and fantastic spa perks, Homm Laguna Bintan is a wonderful choice for a family holiday.

Fantastic location. Lovely, lush grounds with a great outlook over the sea. Delightful beachfront. But most of all, the exceptionally helpful and friendly staff - thanks in particular to Elvarella and Daniel.
