Had a fantastic time with the family for a 5 day trip . The staffs are super friendly and helpful . Darul from the Saturday surf and turf bbq dinner was a delight and attentive to our needs ! We will be back

We had a wonderful experience on cassia Bintan. The staffs were very courteous, kind and helpful. Jonson Turnip, Amirah and other staffs at the break area were so friendly. Front desk and all the other staffs were very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The beach was so peaceful and we felt we had the beach all to ourselves. Overall our stay was excellent.

The staff such as Ameena and Johnson were kind and super attentive staff who even arranged an impromptu birthday celebration for one of our birthdays in a matter of minutes. When we lost our items, the front desk staff sent someone to find it immediately , still asking if they could do anything else evenwhen they have done so much. Thank you guys ❤️❤️sayang

The staff was soo kind. The surprise birthday party was so cool and fun and well prepared. Give these people a raise!!! So kindd i love them definitely will come here again. Especially the staff amira her voice is so soothing and spectacular the rest of the team where so kind tysmm!! 🩷🩷

We had a very nice time at Homm Laguna, there are lots of facilities, dining options and excellent service. The only let down was the odd fishy smell coming from the beach during our stay due to Algae, the hotel went out of their way to add fresheners to our room to reduce the smell but it meant we couldn’t use the beach or open the balcony at all.

Rooms wise the rooms are dated but we took 3 rooms and noticed some rooms have started being refreshed. The pools and breakfast are great and shoutout to Adiel and Daniel for ensuring our family had a lovely stay.

Tasiya, Adel, Rishi, Daniel was very kind and helpful. Stay stay was excellent. Very good staff and very good property. It’s very recommended!

The place is good. staff is welcoming and professional. overall the place is above expectation. Thank you also to the staff name Darul for the amazing hospitality.

Spacious apartment, housekeeping was good, clean rooms, access to beach and room service.

I had a wonderful stay at HOMM Laguna Bintan and truly felt the warmth and hospitality throughout my trip. Even though the hotel was fully booked during the holiday period, the staff remained very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating

I would especially like to praise Tasia for her exceptional service. She was attentive, helpful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her professionalism and genuine care made our stay even more memorable. Thank you, Tasia, for going the extra mile and making us feel at home.

Nice facilities, slightly dated property, excellent hotel staff, great service. Daniel from the reception desk was fantastic.

A three night golfing holiday, accommodation and transfers worked well. The room was clean and comfortable. A nice ocean view from our balcony. The staff were wonderful, a special mention to Adel, El and Daniel on the front desk. We loved the variety of options at breakfast. Memorable dinners at Treetops, Saffron and Keylong seafood restaurant at Nirwana. Golf courses were challenging and enjoyable. Our caddies provided welcome guidance and support. D'bintan massage was an enjoyable experience. Plenty of activity available at the resort.

Hotel.

Abt 15 mins drive fr ferry terminal. Book the ATV 30mins ride thru beach n forest, amazing guide to ensure u are safe n sound in a leisurely ride. Also book day trip of Safari Lagoi zoo for abt 4hrs including lunch at kelong. Book additional buggy ride that include a guide to bring us around in the enclosure. Join the daily free 1hr Tree Trek that showed us the different types of fauna around . Also join the free 1 hr Bird Watch that let us hv a glimpse of kingfishers and herons and doves that is around us.
Only downside is the Lotus restaurant where its non aircondition and can be quite stuffy.

this is my first time trying their breakfast menu.Im in love with their buffet. The services was really great.
