Baren/resturant på hotell var rett og slett en katastrofe... ventet over en time på service... og endte med å betale i baren.... helt håpløs service.. ellers er det perfekt beliggenhet og flott hotell...

Konum iyi fakat bir daha kalırsam kesinlikle penceresiz odada konaklamam.
Pros:

Konumu güzeldi.
Oda malzeme ve ilk girişte temizliği de iyiydi, fakat sonrasında konaklama süresince temizlik yapılmadığı için temiz diyemem.

Cons:

Penceresiz odanın -2. katta olacağını tahmin etmeyerek rezervasyon yaptık, yer altında olduğu belirtilmeliydi ve bu klostrofobi yarattı. Odada pencere olmadığından, havalandırma olsa da rahat nefes almada sorun yaşadım, sanırım oda Dnemliydi.

Konaklamamız boyunca odalar hiç temizlenmedi. Havlular değiştirilmedi ve çöpler alınmadı. Her gün resepsiyona giderek temiz havlu istemek zorunda kaldık; bu da konforlu bir konaklama deneyimi sunmadı.

Bunun dışında, gece vardiyasında çalışan kadın resepsiyon görevlisinin yaklaşımı oldukça soğuk ve ilgisizdi. Misafirlerle iletişim konusunda daha güler yüzlü ve yardımcı bir tutum sergilenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Ne yazık ki, bu deneyim beklentilerimizin altında kaldı.
