Siainti ja aamiainen oli meille hyvät.

Huone oli siivottu huonosti. Kun kerroin asiasta vastaanotto virkailija vastasi vain aha.
Metron ääni kuului huoneeseen häiritsevästi. Huone oli katutason alapuolella.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel staff is very friendly; the rooms are cosy and nicely furnished. We slept on the sixth floor and really enjoyed the view over a lovely green square. The breakfasts offer a variety of tasty foods. I used the gym a few times and it was really decent. Last but not least, the hotel's location is very convenient – literally above the subway station, from where one can easily get to the city centre in a few minutes.

Cons:

There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood, so in the afternoons and evenings, this would cause some noise obviously. With the windows closed, one may barely hear them, but if you prefer to have them open – have this in mind. Another thing is that the bathroom in my room was rather small, what I personally did not mind but could be important for some.

På det hela taget bra.
Pros:

Frukosten var utmärkt men jag saknade cappuccino.
Bra område och nära till P-hus. Lugnt läge.

Cons:

På rum 700 saknade vi fler krokar eller handdukstork i badrummet.

Vad man begära om man vill bo väldigt centralt hyfsat billigt.

Cons:

Lakanen var fläckiga och det var otydligt i kommunikationen beroende på vem man pratade med. När jag skickade ett meddelande via booking sade de att det skulle åtgärdas direkt utan extra kostnad(!) vilket kändes som ett skämt. Men sen vid utcheck så gav den personalen å andra sidan frukostkuponger som plåster på såren, vilket var en jättebra och rimlig kompensation och ursäkt.
