لاشي اعجبني غير الموقع

Cons:

اعطونا غرف في مبنى كانه موتيل ولما رفضت اخذها دفعوني 50 دولار زيادة على حجزي لكل غرفة ونقلنا داخل للفندق وكان العفش متهالك قديم ومتدمر والسرير غير مريح وحدايد المرتبه توجع الظهر ما انصح اي احد يسكن فيه.

Check in staff and HILDA up in the top bar were awesome! Room was clean and comfortable!
Pros:

Suites are spacious and comfortable. The bubbler tub was nice!

Cons:

Breakfast area congested- too many people in line for pancakes, toasters, need more or to reconfigure the area.

Buen lugar y buena ubicación
Pros:

El lugar está súper bien ubicado las habitaciones son amplias muy bonitas y vista al lago.

Cons:

En el desayuno pocas veces hay huevo es más harina y el restaurante es pequeño entonces es muy incómodo, no hacen el aseo diario en la habitación.

Horrible service , not caring , u pay everything online then they tell u to pay a large amount when u arrive if not u cant check in. We stayed 6 hours in a lobby trying to find what to do , u would think they care ? Try to find a solution so i can get to my room she saw i was in pain cuz i wasnt feeling good u would think smtg but no nothing even the room they told me wait till 4 not before they r rude and disgusting

Gostei da limpeza e do conforto do quarto.

Cons:

Café da manhã é bem fraco e muitas pessoas, precisa ficar muito tempo na fila para comer um pão com manteiga.

travel to the Kei center was ok

1. The room was nice but still need some update (coffee pot, microwave low to the ground.
2. staff not nice or friendly, it seem as thought you cater to a certain population rather than A PEOPLE!!!!!
3. Most of the staff acted like they didn't know English????
4. You don't serve meat for breakfast????
5. clean your chair in the lobby, pretty but not clean
6. you need van pick up from the airport??
