The room/suite were very nice
The pools and hot tubs were also very nice

Cons:

The breakfast was missing items could have had a waffle station and more fruit and also eggs and bacon.
Also did not appreciate being told by 3 different staff members that we could check out late for a fee but then we were told no when we actually requested late check out.

The location of the property was awesome and the rooms were up to-date. The view was nice.

Cons:

They could have had more breakfast options. Also , we were able to sign in tv apps so you had very selective channels.

Ce que j’ai aimé dans cet hôtel, c’est l’emplacement à proximité de tout
Et c’est aussi plutôt calme dans l’ensemble

Alors tout commence par l’accueil
Pas très accueillant, mais c’est pas le plus important
Le micro-ondes ne fonctionnait pas dans la chambre, le lavabo de la salle de bain était complètement bouché. La télé n’en parlons pas les rideaux complètement déchirés et j’en passe bref
De plus, il ne précise pas que la salle de sport et la piscine sur le toit sont réservées qu’au deux derniers étages pour les gens qui ont pris des suites. Ça serait bien de le préciser donc franchement j’en ai fait énormément des hôtels à Orlando et en Floride, ça fait 15 fois que je viens, et ça fait partie de mes plus mauvais hôtels.
Je ne réserverai plus jamais dans cet hôtel ça c’est sûr

Nice, clean great location. I would stay again.

Cons:

The sun never reached the free pool, only early morning hours. You have to use your card to get into the hotel, use the elevator and power in your room. Seemed inconvenient.

Needs a serious review of the mosquito problem and the below standard breakfast
Pros:

Nothing except the location of hotel and the size of the room was good.

Cons:

Mosquitos by the thousands, had to buy spray to kill off flying mosquitos entering the room.
The room was cleaned every 3rd day, so anyone staying for 3 nights will not get their room cleaned.
The breakfast was a disgrace, boiled eggs??? How difficult is it to make scrambled eggs along with some cheap bacon and sausages?

Locatıon was ok, room was very good. Breakfast was very weak there was nearly nothıng to eat.

Cons:

They got deposıt and stıl ıt has not been returned to our account. Thıs ıs the worst thıng ın Amerıca. Sadly they refuse to take cash. Thıs ıs unacceptable. We also stayed ın a hotel ın DC and they accepted cash and when checkıng out they handed over ımmedeately whıch was 10 out of ten

We did a check out one day before. So, it was a big frustration!!!
Pros:

There was free parking, free WiFi, and excellent location to people going to parks.

Cons:

The room we stayed in had two insupportable things : 1. The sensor of movement/ presence of people had flagging all night long turn on the light and wake us up. Terrible !!! 2. Additionally the air conditioner is very noisy. Impossible to have a good night.
