Pros:

We had booked a king room, which in the description stated only had a double bed, but when we arrived, they had also set up two beds for my children. We had a great trip, thanks to the Delmont Hotel team.
😊😍

Cons:

I think the room needed a refrigerator.

Was ok for a couple of nights but if you were to stay longer the rooms could be depressing,
Pros:

Friendly staff, nice little bar/restaurant, lovely sea view , our breakfast was very nice, tho they did bring the wrong breakfast out so I had to wait for mine to be redone whilst my partner had eaten his and then had to hunt someone down because they had forgotten our tea and coffee

Cons:

The room which was the dearer one , was very dated and in need of a refresh

Pros:

Everything

Cons:

The fire alarm kept going off and there was periods of no water. I turned the tap on and hot water spat at me. Unfortunate plumbing problems that I suppose couldn't be helped.

Pros:

The room was spacious and had a great view.

Cons:

The toilet was not cleaned properly so I had to scrub/clean it myself which was very disappointing. The chairs and carpet in the room were heavily stained and made us uncomfortable. The shower went very hot and then cold and wouldn't get warm again so I couldn't shower properly/finish my shower. The smoke alarm kept going off as well. Also would have liked a little table in the bathroom to hold some products as it was was big enough for one but no space to put anything on.

Nice little hotel, great location
Pros:

Staff were incredibly friendly and happy to help. The hotel was clean and the beds were comfy
Technically situated on North Bay, it is a very pleasant coastal walk to South Bay with a gorgeous view of Scarborough Castle on the cliff edge.
A few minutes walk away is the main town centre with a very impressive array of shops, pubs and eateries.

Cons:

Once out of the communal areas, the decor becomes a little tired and dated in places.
We had a budget twin room which again was dated, albeit clean.
The single lift could realistically use an upgrade so be prepared to potentially walk up 4 floors
