Our slider did not work, although maintenance came to fix it right away, it stopped working again few hours later.
The Screen door also did not work, the pool was not in service and the ice rink was also not in service.

Pros:

It’s second time I stay here and I had reserved ocean view and did not get it.

Cons:

What i didn’t like and appreciated was a weird smell in the room and the smell of cannabis. Was with my family and kids, and didn’t felt comfortable with that. Definitely will be looking for a different location next year for bike week.

The room needs deep cleaned, but overall stay was good.
Pros:

We have stayed at the Carousel multiple times. It is nice to have the pools, little shop and restaurants available on site especially with kids. The ice rink is cool, too, something different. We've eaten at the restaurant out front multiple times and gotten snacks from the stand inside. The staff are always helpful with whatever we need and two of them helped locate my daughters missing floaty.

Cons:

The room really needs deep cleaned. There was black dust/fuzz on the ceiling in front of the ac. The closet had a really bad musty chemical smell. The fan in the bathroom was so full of dust that it didn't work.
