Location
The bed and the cover of blanket were not comfortable. They did not provide any water or tea unlike other hotels we stayed at in Japan.
Good hotel for the price
Next to a subway station
Very quiet
A bit outdated (especially the bathroom)
Self check-in although there is a reception desk with 3 people
Missing a water dispenser
Location and convenience store right next to the hotel!
The floor we stayed at smelled like smoke all the time. But we do had a smoke free room.

The room was tiny and the atmosphere was sterile. Some staff were very pleasant and helpful when approached, some were less so but I do understand that there is a language difficulty as I don't speak japanese. Having stayed at the property 9 nights I expected a bit more flexibility and warmth- for example it was criticised that I was checking out at 10.20 instead of 10.00
