Pros:

The room was well-equipped with almost everything that's needed for my stay. I like that there is a proper area to hang clothes - in other Tokyo hotels there was almost no space. I thought the room was just right, not too small. Extra pillows can be requested with no additional charge. The bathroom is very compact but I did not have a problem with it. I also like that there is a window with a view. There are laundry facilities and vending machine at each floor. I tried the breakfast once and it was great, better than my experience with other Tokyo hotels. I also loved the location - the subway station is very close but at the same time it was relatively quiet and not crowded. There is also a Family Mart next to the lobby which makes everything more convenient. I would most likely book this hotel again the next time I'm in Tokyo.

Cons:

Not a huge issue but it would have been better if there was complimentary water. The check-in process wasn't as straightforward as other hotels but again it's not a big concern.

少し外出しようとした時に雨が降り出し、傘を取りに戻ろうとしたら傘の貸し出しがあり、とても助かりました。
Pros:

アクセスやコンビニなど滞在しやすい環境も良いですが、スタッフの方々の対応が素敵な所です。
