I would not recommend this property nor would I stay there again
Pros:

The bed was comfortable although the sheet was a man made material

Cons:

The property is very tired and dated.
There was a huge fridge in the room which was really noisy. The carpet was wrinkled and stained. The cooker was rusty. The door into the property was dirty. There was no lift.

A bit tired. Breakfast only fruit if Coeliac, despite request.
Also 2 rooms booked & paid for requesting together - not achieved.

Pros:

Good location, 15 minutes by bus to downtown. Spacious parking. Freindly staff.

Cons:

Old airconditioner makes terrible noise, I could not sleep with this noise. Eventhough I turned off my aircondition, I could hear the neighbours'. But for other people it wasn't a problem.
Breakfast is just some bread, coffee, spreads and sandviches for microwave.

Would not stay there again
Pros:

The staff at the reception were exceptional. They were very kind and helpful. :)

Cons:

We were supposed to stay for four nights but decided to leave after only one. The room was very humid and had a strong old carpet smell. The hotel is really dated and is in need of renovations. There was a huge roach in the bathroom waiting for us when we arrived :(
Only one burner of the stovetop was working and the breakfast they serve needs some improvement, too.
Sadly it's really expensive for what it offers.

Comfortable bed, convenient location, room smells horrible.
Pros:

This is always a good location. I’ve stayed here several times. It’s one of the more affordable options in the area. Continental breakfast is pretty good. Lots of variety.

Cons:

The room’s always smell horrible and they really need to change their carpets and drapes. It would be nice to see screens on the windows. The smell is always overwhelming in the rooms. It’s just very unpleasant and dirty smell smelling. Let’s hope the owners invest some money into putting a new carpets and drapes maybe a fresh coat of paint? Just a thought.

Quick stop before heading into Vancouver
Pros:

Nice apartments friendly staff great stop before heading in to Vancouver. Continental breakfast.

Needs remodelling and better care.
Pros:

Pillows were good.

Cons:

The whole place is worn out and not clean. Basic cleaning has been done but sofa and carpet for example were close to disgusting. Air conditioning gave some sweet smell to disguise the flaws.
