コスパ最高のホテルです。
Pros:

利用した部屋はツインでしたが広さも十分で、エアコンの音も静かで快適でした。
朝食は他のチェーンホテルよりワンランク上の内容でした。
チェックアウト後、腕時計を忘れたことに気付き宅配で自宅に送りように依頼しましたが、翌日にしっかり梱包された時計が届き感謝でした。

特にありませんがJRいわき駅から少し距離がある点でしょうか？

ビジネスホテルでセキュリティつきの大浴場と朝食のレパートリーが広くとても良かったです。

Cons:

駐車場はホテル敷地内にもありますがチェックインの時間帯によっては近隣のいくつかのコインパーキングとなり一方通行の場所もあり場所によっては探すのが大変でした。

清潔で良かった。清潔じゃないところがありませんでした。
朝食バイキングを取り仕切るスタッフがてきぱきと席を割り振ってくれて気持ちよく食事ができました。ご飯の御供がたくさん用意されていてどれも美味しかったです。
