Restaurants were great; Housekeeping showed lack of training.
Pros:

Restaurant service was great. Chefs went out of the way to service chilli-free food that we could eat. I'm grateful for their help in this.

Cons:

Housekeeping was poor. On Day 2, room was left unlocked all day after housekeeping services - they just forgot to lock the door. Though management checked CCTV to ensure no one entered it during that time, I didn't expect such a blunder at the Taj. On Day 1, housekeeping services were not performed on time. They told me at ~10am, housekeeping would be performed. When we returned around 2pm, it was still not done.

A Piece of Heaven on Earth
Pros:

The staff, first of all, were sensational. Both the front desk team with people like Mr Mithi Ray, Anshul, Farkhan and Shantana and the dining room with Mr Sharad overseeing everything and individuals like Sanya and Farheem providing outstanding service, it could not have been better. Security too was excellent with Mr Amit running a tight ship. I should mention the food in the dining room was brilliant under the talented supervision of chef de cuisine Rohit. Overall, a wonderful experience.

A Memorable and Relaxing Stay!
Pros:

We loved the stay at Taj Mahal Lucknow, which was made even more special by Ms. Vanshika. She made our day memorable by providing extra decorations, a cake and a parting gift for both of us. Overall, we were happy beyond our expectations by choosing to stay at Taj for our wedding anniversary :)

Nothing to dislike, it was all good.
