Pros:

Friendly staff, yummy breakfast, great location in the center. Beds were reasonably comfy, room was smallish in size. Free earplugs for open window sleeping are a nice touch.

Cons:

tThe lack of airco is the biggest issue. We found it impossible to cool down( with window fully open) and sleep comfortably.
