- The J Wellness Circle is available with prior appointment from 08:00 to 23:00 hrs daily.
- The Gymnasium (lockers and changing facility) is operational from 07:00 to 22:00 hrs daily. The steam and shower facilities are available.
- The Swimming pool is operational from 06:00 to 22:00 hrs daily.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

I’m truly delighted with how smooth and effortless the whole process was. The check-in and room handover were incredibly easy and efficient, and I really appreciated being able to access my room even before the official check-in time. It made me feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
There are no significant negative points to mention. However, there were occasional delays when requesting assistance, which we completely understand given the high number of guests staying at the hotel during this period. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience and truly appreciate the hospitality and service provided.

location as my meeting was at Royal yatch club. Breakfast was superb. Our dinner at Sea lounge was delicious and service experience was great
Rendevous and Souk was not open for guests i think. there is no other restaurant on the top floor to get a 360 deg view
It was very welcoming and all asks were met by hotel staff
