Great location
Pros:

4th stay at this hotel, always great. Comfortable and quiet.

Cons:

Some loud tourists at pool, obviously drunk, so more control over behaviours in hotel is needed.

Pros:

Personnel très poli et aimable. La très belle piscine. Le petit déjeuner très varié. Mais les installations en général sont vieillissantes malgré les fleurs et les lustres clinquants.

Cons:

L’odeur très forte dans le hall d’entrée, un parfum très lourd et finalement contre productif : à la fin je ne pouvais presque plus le supporter.

My experience at Taj Mahal Tower, Mumbai fell short of what I’d expect from a hotel of this caliber. Upon arrival, tired from our flight, we were disappointed to find that our rooms weren’t adjacent — they weren’t even on the same floor. This caused significant inconvenience, especially for my mother and aunt, who needed rest after a long journey.

We expected better coordination when it comes to room allocation for families traveling together, as this should be a basic consideration at check-in. I hope this is addressed going forward so other guests don’t have the same experience.
