- The J Wellness Circle is available with prior appointment from 08:00 to 23:00 hrs daily.
- The Gymnasium (lockers and changing facility) is operational from 07:00 to 22:00 hrs daily. The steam and shower facilities are available.
- The Swimming pool is operational from 06:00 to 22:00 hrs daily.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

My stay at the Taj Mahal Mumbai was absolutely amazing. Everything was excellent, beautiful, and beyond expectations. The hotel atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and overall experience were truly wonderful.
A special thanks to one of the staff members at the swimming pool area, I believe his name was Anil. He was extremely polite, professional, and very kind throughout our stay. His outstanding hospitality and respectful attitude made our experience even more memorable.
Thank you to the entire team for such a fantastic stay. I would definitely love to visit again.

Location, style, food, ambience. It’s the place to stay in Mumbai at least once in your life.
Duty manager service, we wanted to pay in advance which the reservation team did, but the confirmation of duty manager, the back and forth calls, unattended calls and calls they said will return but never did made the welcome a bit sloppy. They are a super busy property to speak to incoming guest over the phone to manage our bookings. Tmhdm.Bom@tajhotels.com could not even find my emails at the start.
Of course we will go back and stay there, they did upgrade to a higher floor for the inconveniences.
