Großes, sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Das Personal am Service Desk war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Prima, ist auch der kostenlose Rad-Verleih

Es ist schön, alte Warenhäuser zu renovieren, aber ein Zimmer zu bekommen wo die dicke Säule direkt vor dem Fenster steht, ist unangenehm,
Es wäre angebracht gewesen bei der Buchung mitzuteilen daß das Restaurant gerade wegen Sanierung geschlossen ist,

Enttäuschend
Cons:

Das hauseigene Parkhaus war geschlossen. Das Auto musste auf kostenpflichtigen öffentlichen Parkplatz abgestellt werden. Wenn keine Parkplätze frei waren, musste man anderweitig parken. Dazu gab es vorab keine Informationen. Das Restaurant und Hotelbar wurden renoviert, eine Bar wurde durch einen Kühlschrank an Rezeption ersetzt. Das Frühstück wurde in ein Congress Gebäude verlegt. Total schlechte Atmosphäre beim Frühstück. Habe mich wie in der Essenspause eines Seminars gefühlt. Wenig Auswahl und oft leere Platten. Wenn das Personal drauf angesprochen wurde, hieß die Brötchen werden noch gebacken.
Sehr ärgerlich für mich, denn diese Information habe ich erst beim einchecken bekommen. Hätte mich sonst für ein anderes Hotel entschieden!
Information zu den aktuellen Gegebenheiten ist wichtig und muss dem Gast vor der Buchung zukommen bzw. sichtlich sein.

Sijainti on ensi luokkaista ja rakennuksen arkkitehtuuri.

Cons:

Skandic ketjun pesuaine tuoksuu halvalta partavedeltä.
Aamiainen ihan perustasoa ja olisi toivonut että se olisi ollut korkealuokkaisempi. Puuroa ei osattu keittää. Sitä oli kyllä tarjolla.
