The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property All guests must have a valid VISA before making a hotel reservation.
All guest upon check in will be requested a 50 Euro pre-authorisaion on their credit card to cover any eventual extras. If not used this will be automatically released upon check out.

Pros:

Rent og stort værelse, virkelig god seng, god lokation tæt på sporvognen, som kører direkte til indre by.
Lidt langt at gå, medmindre man kan lide det. Avenue Louise er en skøn vej med masser af liv.

Cons:

Parkeringen er relativt dyr her, det kan sagtens findes billigere.

l'emplacement, la propreté, le niveau de service, la taille de la chambre. c'était super et généreux

Cons:

le personnel du restaurant/bar était un peu spécial, gentil, très gentil, mais on dirait qu'ils n'avaient pas été formé. ça doit être dur de manquer de personnel, mais il faut investir dans la formation sinon vous dégradez l'expérience : le serveur ne savait pas quels étaient les wishky disponibles, il fermait les porte derrière nous, nous avons attendus sans raison apparente, le personnel de petit dejeuner se servaient en même temps que nous. c'est très bizarre comme impression

Really beautiful hotel in the Beautiful area of Brussel ! Service was great, it was clean and beautiful.

Cons:

The entrance to parking is really narrow and small so be aware that it can be problematic if you are going with SUV.

Заїзд і виїхд-велика черга забирає багато часу-це дуже незручно і великий мінус, спочатку 1 працівник потім додався ще 1 ,а клієнтів багато.
