the room service food was good, and staff was very helpful and friendly. the room was also very clean and we were able to have our needs accommodated well.

Cons:

i was charged for an extra bed for all nights of my stay even though we only agreed on and had the extra bed for one night. the charge was also put through without any details included, i was just notified by my bank that i was charged. the issue was resolved promptly after we checked out and had a chance to look at our invoice, and the staff was very professional and quick in handling the issue which was greatly appreciated! i think probably could just do with more transparency in charges here.

Lokalizacja - bezpośredni dojazd do centrum komunikacją miejską + bezpieczna dzielnica. Bardzo przyjazny i profesjonalny personel.

Cons:

Cienkie ściany - pierwsza noc nieprzespana z powodu zbyt głośnych sąsiadów. Ponadto pokój zarezerwowany na 3 osoby miał tylko dwa duże ręczniki i dwa kubki.

Good hotel, price matches the amenities
Pros:

Had a lovely stay - friendly staff, clean room with very comfortable beds/sheets, and a good shower. Felt very upscale. Did not try the full breakfast but got two decent cappuccinos from the restaurant one morning.

Cons:

We were on the second floor so there was some street noise during the day although it did not seriously affect sleep at night (very little traffic after 11). We booked this stay last minute so it was a little pricier than we would normally try to do, but I feel it was worth the price.

Other than these two unfortunate occurrences the hotel is well run and absolutely worthy of inclusion in Booking.com’s

Two points
1 we were initially refused admission to the bar in the evening as they had a function on. Guests really should be informed that their stay will be affected by this. It is a feature of the booking.
2 the parking garage was not accessible for approximately four hours on the morning we left. Fortunately we left with our car five minutes before this happened. Again guests need to be informed about these situations.
