The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property All guests must have a valid VISA before making a hotel reservation.
All guest upon check in will be requested a 50 Euro pre-authorisaion on their credit card to cover any eventual extras. If not used this will be automatically released upon check out.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé, bien décoré et confortable ; très bon accueil.

Cons:

Le bruit de la rue peut être gênant la nuit (avenue avec tramway) ; si sensible au bruit, demander une chambre sur cour.

The hotel is nice and the location is easily accessible with the tram. The rooms are spacious and quiet.

Cons:

Upon arrival, when it came time to pay for our stay, the lady at the front desk attempted to charge us over €100 more than our pre-booked rate. She first tried to attribute the difference to city tax, then simply insisted on the higher amount without any explanation. When we pressed for clarification, she eventually acknowledged the mistake was hers. This was not exactly a warm welcome, and had we not been confident in our own booking details, we would likely have ended up paying the extra amount.

Pros:

Desayuno perfecto. Hall muy acogedor. Decoración exquisita. Ambiente agradable.

Cons:

-La rejilla del suelo de la habitación. Parece que une con un aparato de calefacción. Puede acumular suciedad.
-El toallero del baño no funciona.
-El tirador del armario no está bien sujeto y se suelta de continuo.

Le calme n'était pas au rendez-vous. Le respect du sommeil de vos clients non plus ! Possibilité de dormir entre 1h00 et 7h00 heure du matin, heure à laquelle commencent des travaux de transformation/aménagement au 5ieme étage.Le minimum serait d'être informé pour minimiser ce désagrément...

Je trouve que pour le petit déjeuner on peut mieux faire. Nous sommes arrivés vers 10 h du matin plus de croissants / plus de charcuterie / pas de fromage blanc aux fruits /des pannecakes froids….

Manqué des couverts aux tables. Obligé de se lever pour les prendre aux autres tables. Serviettes pas propres
