The hotel team was very helpful, kind and professional, really making sure our stay was comfortable.
The location is great, in the centre of Karlstad with a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby but quiet enough for a good night's sleep if you get one of the rooms that face the inner courtyard.
Also, it was great to have a private garage.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, no-frills.

Cons:

The 3-bed room room is actually too small for three adults - when the third bed is open, the space is very tight and even when it is closed, there's no space for all three people to sit or move around the room. So the room is good if you need it just to sleep.
And the view of the inner courtyard is kind of industrial :)
