Hotel in posizione strategica a due minuti da old town e a cinque minuti dalla nuova zona moderna, ottima colazione, acqua minerale offerta per tutto il soggiorno, colazione ricca e variegata, bella piscina con sauna, camera superiore ampia e confortevole

Znakomita lokalizacja (bardzo blisko centrum i starego miasta, miejsce świetnie skomunikowane - tramwaje i autobusy), bardzo miła i sympatyczna oraz kompetentna obsługa. Czyste i przestronne pokoje, z wygodną łazienką.

Hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja viihtyisä, sekä kulku lastenrattaiden kanssa oli mutkatonta. Spa osasto oli erittäin mukava päivän päätteeksi. Myös kuntosalilta löytyi lähes kaikki tarvittava.
Aamupala oli myös erittäin hyvä.

Posizione e pulizia e accoglienza

Breakfast was really rich. It had smoked salmon, cooked salmon, even duck pate. Everybody could find something favorite to eat.
Room has two bottles (500ml each) of complimentary water (still and carbonated) that is refilled daily, although water in the room is drinkable.
Windows are totally soundproof. We had deliberately asked for a room facing the backyard but we realized that even rooms facing the front avenue were very quiet. Maybe the most soundproof hotel we had ever stayed in.
Very clean room-excellent communication with the lady that cleans our room. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Everything in our room smelled “fresh” daily. The lady was a local lady with good level of english, in comparison with most hotels around the world in very touristy places where staff is foreigners that doesn’t understand “yes” or “no”. Plus, something else to be mentioned: I am sure all of you have bad experience from hotels where the cleaning staff starts preparation very early in the morning waking up guests with voices and noises. Unfortunately, this is the rule and not the exception. In Hotell Pallace Tallinn, everything is quiet. Our lady had already started cleaning the rooms and no sound was coming to our ears.
Furthermore, in most hotels, when someone from room next door or from a higher room uses the bathroom, you can clearly hear the water falling. In this hotel, it was like we were the only guests.
Location is very good. Only a small square separates hotel from the old town. Just to know, taxi (Bolt) from the airport costed us 9€ and to the airport 8€ with 2 suitcases (august 2026)
All staff was very polite and willing to help.
And… the crucial question: would you stay in this hotel again? The answer is “Yes”!

La ubicación es excelente, el desayuno también, la ducha, las camas, las almohadas... todo muy bien.

Ottima la posizione e la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici (tram bus)

Excellent hotel and a central location. We flew in to see The Cure play and was only a 20 minute cab from the stadium. Everything is so near!
Our room was perfect, was worried it would be loud as we were opposite the lifts but you cant hear a peep once you shut the door. Also the bed was so comfy i could barely get up in the morning as was too relaxed.
The spa was my favourite, was very relaxing with peaceful music playing. Me and my husband ended up being the only ones in there for 2 hours. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, we also had a coffee in the lobby which was beautiful. Thanks for a lovely stay x

Très bien situé, beau spa bien que petit , bonne literie

Central à 5 min de la vieille ville . Direct par le tram depuis l aéroport et de tout les points d’intérêts. Gros plus pour la piscine bien agréable après une journée de marche. Merci à Anna et Erik pour leur accueil

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to trams and buses. Desk staff was friendly and helpful.
