Pros:

Ilmastointijäähdytys ei ole riittävä ja ilmalämpöpumppu ei puhaltanut tarpeeksi kovaa ja mitkään säädöt ei siihen vaikuttanut. Kattohuoneisto todella kuuma yöllä 26 astetta. Hius fööni rikki ja televisio kaukosäädin ja kanavat toimi tosi huonosti ” ei yhteyttä tietoverkkoon, ota yhteyttä receptioniin”

Excellent service and location.
Pros:

Check-in and check-out were swift and efficient. Wifi was good, not outstanding. Breakfast was terrific. The location was superb for access to historic Old Tallinn and restaurants. Also all the major bus routes went to the nearby stops.

Cons:

The room light switches were very confusing. In 5 days I never figured out a reliable way of turning them on or off. The shower was very nice, but it was not obvious how it worked. I did not like the fact that I had no windows, just an overhead skylight.

Pros:

Skvělá snídaně s několika netradičními pochoutkami (ryba nakládaná v hořčičné omáčce byla vynikající).

Cons:

Uvítal bych větší variabilitu polštářů. Místo dvou docela velkých by se mi hodil jeden docela malý.
Závadu klimatizace se bohužel podařilo vyřešit až přestěhováním do jiného pokoje. ALe personál byl v tomto ohledu velmi vstřícný.

Toll. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Zimmer haben eine tolle Größe und sind komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Frühstück und das Cafè für zwischendurch waren toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel befindet sich am Rand der Altstadt. Von hier aus konnten wir hervorragend in unsere Aktivitäten starten. Der Flughafen ist mit dem Taxi in 10-15 min zu erreichen.

Cons:

Es gab nicht zu beanstanden.

The location is great, very close to the city centre.
10+ for the staff, they made our stay better than expected, very friendly and helpful

Nothing to mention. The hotel might not be brand new, but it is comfortable and provides everything you need

They tried to charge us a meal that we never ate. There needs to be some kind of way of showing identification when charging meals to rooms.
