Good location and decent room size
There was a sewer smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. They provided a plastic plug as a temporary solution which mitigated the problem partially. A/C was not cooling.
Bien placé, à la périphérie du centre
Bruyant, on entend beaucoup le trafic et le tramway qui passe juste à côté
Very well located. Bed very comfortable.Room temperature was fine. They don’t provide many room amenities- even like hand lotion - but do replace your waters. I was a but worried since my room was on 2nd floor right next to tram. It was possible to sleep but the tram is right outside the window. The room is large. Just something to know when booking.
Location. Food. Staff. All excellent. We were here almost two full weeks and we loved this property. Coffee cafe has excellent pastries, great food, and super big windows for the street watching scene, without the cold. Highly recommended, more cozy than the Radisson Collection hotel nearby (although that property is very nice too, the Palace is just more our style).
Nothing
Location and staff are amazing!
The location was great - just on the edge of Old Town; rooms were comfortable, pool area was nice.
The hotel is located right at the main city square - Freedom Square. 5 minutes walk and you are at Old City of Tallinn, so location couldn’t be better. Hotel doesn’t look attractive from the outside. Simple, old building, but once you enter, it is modern, bright and attractive.
Smooth check in process. Rooms are just OK, however as many rooms are facing main street with trams, it will be good to invest to soundproof windows, otherwise since 4:30 AM, when trams start to run, you don’t have a comfortable sleep. I also don’t like bathtubs and at least in my room, there was not walk-in shower cabin.
Great location
Good property
Cheerful, polite staff
The pool and sauna were down for maintenance
Nothing!!!!
Booked a comfort room with skylight however was advised upon checking in that I had been upgraded to a better room. Did not take much notice of room as I wanted to make a quick visit to an art museum before it closed. Returned from museum at 1700 to the bar/restaurant to be advised that there was no meal as all cooks had gone home (despite menu in room stating room service available until 2300). Opted for a couple of cakes at bar as no handy food places nearby and went to bed - room really musty and I had difficulty breathing and every 5 minutes or so some sort of loud engine noise would start up and stop again. In addition to this noise I could very clearly hear occupants talking in nearby rooms - very annoying and uncomfortable. After some time having difficulty getting to get to sleep I contacted Radisson staff re difficulty sleeping and why had my booking for comfort room with skylight not been honoured. Was advised I could shift to another room however upon consideration realised this would require repacking bags and relocating in the early hours of the morning so I declined. I did however ask again why I had not been granted the room that had been originally booked - I received a long message stating that I indeed was given an upgrade and citing differences between rooms. A cursory glance on website clearly delineates a clear difference between 'skylight comfort room' and the 'standard room' I was relegated to. Upon waking in the morning following such a restless sleep I found the only option for coffee was a plastic sachet of a mixture of coffee and cream additive (I am vegan therefore not suitable) - I then spied a wad of hair attached to the jamb of the bedroom door which looked as though it had been retrieved from a clogged plughole!!

I liked the location, the very varied breakfast, and the ladies at the reception, who were always very kind. The room was very quiet, and the conditions in the room were very good.
The cleaning was rather minimal: the used glasses were not washed, and the towels were not changed unless left on the floor, even when they were visibly used and wet.
Friendly and supportive personnel, good location and tasty breakfast.
