Das Hotel wird ohne Personal betrieben (lediglich beim Frühstück ist jemand vor Ort). Das Einchecken und Öffnen aller Türen (Eingangstür, Aufzug, Zimmertür...) funktioniert aber einwandfrei. Es war alles sehr sauber, das Zimmer war nicht so groß, aber praktisch eingerichtet. Gut abdunkelnde Gardinen. Sehr ruhiges Zimmer (zum Innenhof hin (Nummer 311). Bequemes Bett. Sehr gute Lage, nur ein paar hundert Meter vom Zentrum entfernt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Ótima localização, não podia ser melhor, perto da estação central de metro e comboio e dentro da zona histórica. Muito bom! Qualidade da Casa de banho renovada e bem limpa. Máquina de Café no quarto com café e chá disponível e 2 garrafas de água.
A alcatifa nos quartos e áreas comuns, não me agrada, considero pouco higiénico.

Rebre les maletes avui dimecres 27 de maig de 2026 que tenien retingudes i secuestrades des de el pasat dilluns 18 de maig de 2026 (9 DIES). Els armaris per guardar les maletes no funcionanen. El 18 de maig de 2026, tornabem a casa, avió nocturn, l´ armari no funiciona, no es obra, van tenir una hora per soluciona-ho, NO HO VAN SOLUCIONAR, varem valorar agafar l´avio de tornada a casa, sense maletes, despres de 21 dies de viatge, suposant i esperant que al dia seguent ens tornarien les maletes. Tant BOOKING com el l´Hotel NUMA no informen que es un hotel sense personal, per tant SENSE SERVEIS de cap mena, ni per solucionar els seus propis errors. HAN TRIGAT 9 DIES HA TORNAR NOSTRES MALETES, SENSE ENVALAR, TOTALMENT DESPROTEGIDES, son maletes de cabina que mai facturem a cap avió, sempre pujen amb nosaltres.

There were no on-site staff.
I had a very disappointing and unsafe experience during my four‑day stay. The hotel felt deserted, with almost no staff presence at any point. All rooms and even exit doors operated only with access codes, and the common areas were dimly lit, creating an unsettling atmosphere. There was no way to speak to a staff member directly—no reception, no emergency button, and when I called the emergency number, it led to an automated menu with no real assistance.
The lack of safety was alarming. Exit doors operated by password only, and I cannot imagine how guests would evacuate quickly in the event of a fire.
What made the stay even worse was the complete absence of housekeeping. No one cleaned the room for four days—no fresh towels, no bin emptying, nothing. I have never experienced this in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be four stars. It felt more like a one‑star pension.
Upon checkout, there were not enough lockers to store luggage safely, adding further inconvenience.
Overall, the experience was appalling and felt unsafe. The hotel advertises a “digital experience,” but in reality, there was no experience at all—just poor service and potentially dangerous conditions.

We have small moth bugs in our room. I killed probably 10-15 of them over our 3 nights. There was also what appeared to be homeless person that got in that was sitting on the lobby couch with all his bags and things right in front of the elevator.
