No living person seen: no reception desk, no real life check-in. Check-in online via app (what happens to my personal and confidential data??), dark rooms (almost no daylight), no cleaning of rooms and a miserable breakfast. Everything works via pin and app ….

Couldn't be happier with our stay!
Incredible location super close to Brussels Central train station and many of the great attractions and shopping districts.
Also quiet and clean and we were able to get plenty of rest for each day's adventure.
If we can travel back to Brussels we would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay with modern online approach!
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located, just a few steps from the royal gallery and the Grand Plaz. It has all the amenities, everything foreseen online. It is amazing how everything is working so smoothly, starting from the check-in up to the moment when you can leave your luggage at free lockers and still access the hotel with its amenities by the end of your stay. well at least by 8 pm as it said. Coffee and tea available in the rooms as well as down in the lobby.

Cons:

I didn't quite like that my window looked not outside but to the inside of the hotel: the lobby and the elevator. Thus it was quite depressing sometimes and also, you couldn't have any fresh air or look what the weather is like. That is probably the only minus in this hotel.

Pros:

Great location—we were able to walk everywhere, and being so close to the train station was super convenient for visiting Ghent and Bruges. The place was very clean, and check-in/check-out was seamless.

Ho apprezzato la pulizia, la posizione centrale e molto vicina alla stazione Brussel Central, il servizio di deposito bagagli dopo il check out, che ti consente di usufruire di servizi e sala comune, il silenzio nella stanza, la colazione di alto livello. L'assenza completa di personale in loco potrebbe essere considerata una pecca solo se non hai dimestichezza con app e smartphone. la stanza è molto molto piccola, ma ci è servita solo per dormire e farsi una doccia, quindi perfetta.

emplacement surtout, puis chambre.. le reste est au goût du client... devoir tout gérer seul, sans intermédiaire est bien pour une courte durée

Great stay but bad start and communication, would stay again but will check others in the area first

Cons:

Room was not clean when I checked in, food, used towels etc, waited downstairs for 3hrs and then heard nothing, I had to chase them to be told it had now been re-cleaned. They had other rooms available online to book so could have moved me easily (I checked). Delayed my 3 day stay so had to change plans. Offered me a 20% refund off the first nights stay only. Shame as it was a nice room and hotel which would have made my rating a 4star but room and how it was handled was not the best

Very friendly and nice kitchen staff in thw morning, and clean rooms.

Cons:

I was in room 202 and I could hear the noise from the road and a little from the next room. Bring airplugs.

I asked in a email many weeks in advance if it was possible to get a room away from the road as i had a job interview in the morning and was worried about noise and bad sleep, but AI answered me that the rooms are assigned on the day of arrival.

It was my fault for assuming, but there was no iron and board in the room and the AI on whatsapp said there are no irons in this location. I went to bed worrying about how to iron my shirt etc for the interview, but a real person had answered on whatsapp eventually saying theres an iron and board in the laudry room.

The water pressure and temperature in the shower is bad, its just hot enough to not be uncomfortable (35-37C) and pressure is super low.

The room was clean and nice, but the shower sucked and it was annoying that the company is saving costs on personell by using automation. Dont underestimate how nice it is to have a reception and a person to talk to if you need something.

Close to the train station, 10 minute walk to the Grand Place, lots of restaurants, shopping and grocery around. Easy to figure out, detailed instructions. Inside or hotel and room very modern and clean

Cons:

Price was a bit expensive but you do get what you paid for.
