We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Brussels Central Station and the city center, making it very easy to explore everything on foot.
One of the best things about this hotel was its fully digital experience. There was no traditional reception desk, but communication through WhatsApp was quick, efficient, and very helpful whenever we needed assistance.
The self check-in process was incredibly convenient. We completed everything from our phones, and our room was accessed using a digital code, making the whole arrival process smooth and hassle-free.
The gym was another highlight—it was spacious, modern, and equipped with a great selection of new equipment.
We also really appreciated the luggage storage service. After checking out, we were able to securely store our bags in lockers until 8:00 PM by setting our own personal code. This made our last day in Brussels much more comfortable and stress-free.
Another great feature was the self-service laundry room with both washing machines and dryers, which was very useful during our trip. We also liked that cleaning supplies were available for guests to use whenever needed, which was a thoughtful and practical touch.
The only downside was that the room was a bit small. There wasn’t enough space to comfortably fit more than one suitcase, which made it difficult to move around the room with 2 Suitcases and a baby stroller.
The storage space was also quite limited. Instead of a wardrobe, there was only a hanging rack and a small table, so it wasn’t ideal for guests staying longer or traveling with more luggage.
Other than that, everything was excellent, and we had a very enjoyable stay.

El tamaño de la habitacion esta muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia comoda, sin preocuparte por la llave de la habitacion y muy bien tener cabinas isonorizadas en el lobby con muchos puntos de conexion. Un super plus es tener acceso al hotel antes del check in y despues del check out y que puedas dejar tus maletas en los lockers hasta que la habitacion este lista o hasta que tengas que irte al aeropuerto/tren

The hotel has no reception and virtually no customer support, which made the experience frustrating from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was extremely basic and did not justify the high price of the hotel.
The surrounding area felt unsafe, especially at night. The street is very dark, deserted, dirty, and there were many homeless people around, making us uncomfortable walking outside.
Another major inconvenience was that the hotel doesn’t offer even basic amenities such as bottled water. There are no vending machines, no bar, and nowhere nearby to buy anything. After arriving, we had to walk all the way to the train station just to buy a bottle of water.
Considering the price charged, I do not believe this hotel offers good value for money, and I would not recommend staying here.
