Düsseldorf tren istasyonunun hemen dibinde, çok uygun fiyata bir gece kalacaktım, o nedenle beklentimi düşürerek gitmeme rağmen, 4 kişilik bir aile olarak; birincisi güleryüzlü çalışanları ile karşılaştık, kocaman bir odaydı, çarşafları temizdi, banyo temizdi, tam bir fiyat performans oteli, merkeze yakın, çok tavsiye ederim, 3 temmuz akşamı resepsiyonda çalışan hanımefendi de gayet saygılı ve yardımseverdi kendisine teşekkür ederiz

駅から近い割に治安が良かったです。スタッフがとても親切で数段の階段さえもキャリーケースを運んで手伝ってくれました。部屋も広くて清潔でした。

廊下も部屋もとても暑かったです。窓を開けても熱がこもって全然涼しくなりませんでした。冷蔵庫も無かったのがかなり困りました。

Nada, solo la señora ese día en recepción que dio más de lo que debía y fue lo unción positivo de semejante catástrofe de hotel y organización

Fuimos para el concierto de Bad bunny en Düsseldorf y nos alojamos en este hotel por la ubicación tan cerca del hbf al llegar fue todo un desastre más de 50 personas esperando sentadas donde podían, con un calor extremo, la señora de recepción que dio lo mejor de sí y es lo único positivo a salvar no podía hacer más nada por que estaba sola cuando era sabido que en la ciudad iba haber un concierto que reunía a más de 60 mil personas y el hotel estaba lleno solo dejas a una persona limpiando las habitaciónes la cual obviamente no dan abasto por lo tanto muchas personas personas sin habituación durante horas, mujeres lavándose en el baño alistándose en los espejeos de lo pasillos todo un desastre.

5 gece kaldık lokasyon güzel trene yakın , resepsiyon çok ilgili her konuda yardımcı oldu , kahvaltı güzel ama her gün aynı çeşitler çıktı 5 gün değişmedi

Caddeye bakan odalar tramvay sesi nedeniyle çok gürültülü camlar açık uyumakta zorlandık , odalarda klima yok , buzdolabı yok

Die Zimmer hatten nicht den versprochenn Ventilator. Zimmer war nicht fertig. Zu viele wartende Gäste. Sehr laut, die ganze Nacht, wie auf der Rennbahn.
