Die Aufenthalt im anderen Hotel war o.k.
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war aus unbekannten Gründen geschlossen , deswegen habe ich das Hotel nicht gesehen!

Cons:

Das Hotel war ein Tag vor der Reservierung gar nicht erreichbar und als ich in der Zentrale angerufen habe. Wurde mir nach einer Stunde mitgeteilt, dass das Hotel in rüsselsheim angeblich „technische Probleme“ hat und ist aus dem Grund nicht erreichbar.
Am Tag der Reservierung bin ich angekommen und mir wurde direkt mitgeteilt, das es eine Umbuchung gegeben hat, weil das Hotel außer Betrieb ist!!!!!
Umbuchung ohne Bescheid zu geben ist gar nicht in Ordnung, ich habe dann unter sehr schlechter Hitze auf den Bus warten und einfach zu einem anderen Hotel fahren.
Der Check in im anderen Hotel hat über 25 Minuten gedauert, da der Mitarbeiter dort mit der ausgedrückten Liste nicht zu recht gekommen ist!

Unakzeptabel ist der Zustand gewesen.

Cons:

Aufzug hörbar ,, direkt daneben Servicezimmer
leider auch zu laut, Zimmer 102 usw sollte man sperren

Aardige tussenstop onderweg van of naar Italie.
Pros:

Lekkere bedden/bedlinnen

Cons:

Bij aankomst parkeerplaatsen overbezet. Alleen te parkeren in de garage a € 15,00. Geen tegemoetkoming van het baliepersoneel.

Cons:

Dusche: Brause ohne Wasserdruck. Ich hatte gebeten dass es repariert wird, wurde zwar zugesagt aber nicht gemacht. Duschen sehr schlecht möglich.
