Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Hôtel très propre et confortable, ce qui est l'essentiel. La chambre est grande. Hôtel calme (très peu de bruit); J'avais mis l'écriteau sur la porte pour qu'on ne me dérange pas et cela a été respecté (pas de réveil au petit matin pour nettoyer ma chambre). J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Le parking est payant mais j'ai trouvé une place facilement dans les rues alentour.

Cons:

Ce n'est pas très grave mais la jeune fille au check-in ne parlait pas anglais. Les flacons de gel douche et shampoing étaient vides (mais j'avais les miens). Le deuxième soir, la carte de ma chambre s'était désactivée. Cela a été corrigé en même pas 5 minutes à l'accueil.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls ausreichend.

Obwohl es für das Personal klar war, dass es sich um eine Familienreservierung mit zwei kleinen Kindern handelte, befanden sich die beiden reservierten Zimmer zunächst nicht auf der gleichen Etage. Letztendlich wurde das Problem vom Personal gelöst und wir erhielten zwei Zimmer nebeneinander.

hôtel très bien situé, personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner parfait les chambres bien agencées, merci à l'hôtesse d'accueil et son effort d'avoir parlé français, nous reviendrons

Super nah zum Flughafen Frankfurt

Cons:

Das Ausziehsofa für die 3. Person war eine Zumutung. Zimmer sehr hellhörig, Aufzug war die ganze Nacht deutlich zu hören

Pros:

Der erste Mitarbeiter der mich eingecheckt hat, war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Ich wurde beim Auschecken gefragt ob alles in Ordnung war. Das habe ich verneint. Darauf wurde dann jedoch nicht eingegangen. Desweiteren war es nicht sauber und laut.
