Pros:

Freundliches Personal, 5min Fußweg zum Dom, 1a Frühstück mit reichhaltiger Auswahl, welches ständig aufgefüllt wurde

Cons:

Zimmer leider extrem hellhörig. Leider bekommt man zur Tiefgarage keinen eigenen Schlüssel sodass man immer das Personal behelligen muss, um an sein Auto zu kommen.

Peut mieux faire avec plus de personnels
Pros:

a) Emplacement: Excellent. Très près de la gare de chemin de fer
b) La chambre; Petite chambre mais suffisant. Très confortable.
Juste la salle de bain qui devrait passer à la maintenance (débouchage de l'évacutation de la douche et de l'évier)

Cons:

Le déjeuner: Une catastrophe.
- Quantité Insuffisant (obligé de me rendre dans un café pour reprendre un autre déjeuner).
- Le personnel vous fait changer de lieu (sans prévenir ni de fournir de raison)
- Aucune sécurité (pas d'extincteur, pas de sortie de secours)

Es war für die drei Tage ganz okay
Pros:

Das es Zentral liegt und man zu Fuß alles machen kann.Und das das Hotel gleich gegenüber eine Tiefgarage hat wo man das Auto zu einem günstigen Preis parken kann.

Cons:

Ich war etwas enttäuscht von dem Frühstück die Auswahl war leider nicht so gut

Rien à dire car totalement impersonnel. Sans aucune chaleur.

Un Hôtel par définition est destiné a l’hospitalité. L’accueil fait tout et la relation humaine est déterminante. Là, nous aurions été mieux accueilli par un agent de sécurité ou même par un militaire.

Sehr gemütlich, wirklich total tolles Personal jederzeit wieder!
Pros:

Das Zimmer war mehr als in Ordnung.
Alles sehr sauber, alles einwandfrei und sogar mit einer Badewanne.

Petit-déjeuner mémorable
Pros:

Petit hôtel situé dans une rue calme du centre de Cologne à dix minutes à pied de la gare centrale. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est très varié et magnifiquement présenté. La publicité de l'hôtel le présente comme le temps fort de la journée et ce n'est pas exagéré.

Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Obst bei der Rezeption bereit gestellt. Angenehmes Personal. Lift vorhanden.

Cons:

Die Tür zum Gang ist weder schall- noch geruchshemmend: Wenn jemand (nachts) am Gang spricht oder eine Tür zuschlägt, hört man es in voller Lautstärke; und nachts riecht man ab halb 4 (!) das Ausbacken der Fleischbällchen etc. für das üppige Frühstücksbuffet. Ein Wasserkocher wäre ein weiterer Pluspunkt.
