The lady at the front desk, who says she was the manager, was extremely rude to me. She's demanded not asked for me that to give her $100 cash for a deposit instead of taking it off of my card which hotels normally do. I parked in the back of the hotel because that's where my room was located. I was in fear of my safety when I pulled in there were very seedy looking people in the parking lot. There were pimps and prostitutes back there one lady almost ran up to my car when I pulled in. And her pimp was staring at me. Do not stay at this hotel!!! There's a much nicer upscale one right across the street for the same price!
Absolutely awful experience at Comfort Inn & Suites. We booked a 2-night stay to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, planning to let our kids enjoy the pool all day Saturday. Instead, we were treated horribly and kicked out over a small bowl of dry cereal.
After our first night, we went to breakfast. My 4-year-old daughter had a small bowl of dry Froot Loops (no milk) and started complaining that her stomach hurt. She wanted to save them and take them upstairs to finish later. As we were heading to the room, the manager loudly yelled at us that we couldn’t take food upstairs. Another manager then told us it was fine, so we started walking again, only to be yelled at a second time and threatened with extra charges if we took the cereal to the room.
When I asked why, we were told it was because guests “take food upstairs and waste it.” Instead of letting my sick 4-year-old bring two tiny handfuls of dry cereal to the room, they wanted us to throw it away — which makes no sense if waste is supposedly the concern.
Then the GM got involved and called my husband over. He was extremely rude and told my husband to walk over to a sign about hotel policy, insisting he get closer to it as if he couldn’t read. Then he told my husband to step aside. My husband waited, thinking they were going to continue the conversation, but when he walked back over, the GM started yelling, asking why he was still there and suddenly said, “You have 30 minutes to get your stuff out, I’m calling the police.”
We were not aggressive, rude, or causing a scene. We simply asked why our child couldn’t bring dry cereal upstairs and complied with what we were told. Yet we were threatened with police in front of our three small children and forced to rush, pack up, and leave at 8:30 AM, even though checkout wasn’t until 11:00 AM.
Yes, we did receive a refund for the second night, but considering we were forced to leave early that morning and didn’t even get to stay through checkout time, we should have also been refunded for the first night. The entire reason for booking two nights was so our daughter could enjoy the pool for her birthday weekend, and that was completely taken away.
Corporate was no help and basically told us to take it up with the managers — the same managers who caused the issue. This completely ruined our daughter’s birthday weekend. I have never experienced anything this extreme or unprofessional from a hotel. We left shocked and upset and would never stay here again.
There were dirty wash rags from a previous person hanging over the shower. The trash outside the exit was littered with trash on the ground and on top of the trash can.
Good location & nice staff & room was clean. Allowed late checkout at noon for free
It was clean and convenient to the highway.
The pool and hot tub was a plus. I liked the breakfast and breakfast area. I liked the lounge area as well. Very comfortable accommodations. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
Laundry room. There was only one washer and one dryer, there was a wait every time I wanted to use it. Also breakfast times were more limited than other Comfort Suites I have visited, even limited to finishing at 9 am in the weekends when many people like to sleep in while on vacation.
Hotel was excellent, room was amazing… very clean. My husband works in Nashville every other weekend and by far this has been the best hotel experience yet.
Everyone working here has been friendly and helpful. Room are plenty big enough.
The bed is a little tall for short people. 😊
The location was on point. The atmosphere was wonderful just what we needed. Can’t wait to visit again. The room was very clean and the value of the place was amazing. It was close enough for our visit with the family, we really enjoyed ourselves. We will see U soon. THANKS
The breakfast was pretty good, ok to sleep in a pinch for one night, but wouldn't go back.
The room was falling apart, bedding was stained, lamp falling off wall, shower faucet was loose and bathroom door wouldn't stay shut.
