Wie gesagt ,das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war knapp erreicht!
Pros:

Das ein Aufzug vorhanden ist und das Empfangspersonal war freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung ( noch nicht einmal eine Nachttisch Leuchte )
Frühstück war sehr elementar
sehr schmutziger Boden im Frühstücksraum

Die Lage zum Zentrum.

Cons:

In diesem Zimmer muss ein Wasserschaden gewesen sein, das Laminat war aufgequollen, die Schränke, Betten waren abgestoßen, es gab keine Nachtischlampen, der TV funktionierte auch nicht. Nach Reklamation konnte uns nur ein Zimmer angeboten werden, in dem das Licht im Bad nicht funktionierte.An diesem Wochenende war von der Hotelleitung niemand da, auch nach E-Mail- Beanstandung erfolgte keine Rückantwort.

A Terrible Experience from Start to Finish

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was extremely dirty, and I strongly advise everyone not to book this hotel or even consider staying there.

The room had bed bugs, which made our night absolutely miserable and very stressful. The location is also inconvenient and far from most attractions.

To make matters worse, there was a very rude staff member on duty on May 30, 2026, around 6:00 PM, whose behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please avoid this place and look for other accommodation options.

Reise in die Vergangenheit.
Pros:

Einzig die zentrale Lage in Köln wäre erwähnenswert.

Cons:

Das Zimmer stammt wahrscheinlich aus den späten 80ern. Wollmäuse ohne Ende. Laminat derart kaputt und abgewohnt. Zugang über die Feuertreppe im Hinterhof. Beim Frühstück wurden wir aufgefordert den Tisch schnell zu räumen da dieser für andere Gäste benötigt wird, und das in einer Art und Weise die doch etwas befremdlich war.

Das Jahr 1264 lässt grüssen!+

Das Frühstück incl. war ansprechend hat den kontinentalen Standart durch die Auswahl an Produkten aufgewertet.

Cons:

Der Teppich war sehr verschmutzt und es hat zudem aus den Ausgüssen vom Bad gemuffel. Die Sicherheit am Treppen Geländer war fragwürdig. Es wackelte so dass wir uns nicht trauten zuzugreifen um festzuhalten. ( sind älteres Semester 😉)

De kamer was zeer vuil. We vonden haren van andere gasten in het bed en in de badkamer, en het tapijt was ook vies. Daarnaast was de kamer extreem warm. Er was geen airconditioning aanwezig en aan de receptie konden ze ons zelfs geen ventilator aanbieden.

De receptionist sprak enkel Duits en zeer gebrekkig Engels, wat de communicatie moeilijk maakte.

Ook konden we niets koel bewaren in een frigo aan de receptie voor de volgende dag.

Tot slot was er veel nachtlawaai, waardoor we slecht hebben geslapen.
