Great location next to a new mall, supermarket and great local restaurants.

Cons:

Staff could be a little friendlier. Also we went two days without housekeeping. We had to call several times to get new towels.

Pague bastante y la cama tenia sabanas rotas, en un hotel tan prestigioso no se pueden aceptar esos errores, ademas cuando reserve decia claramente con lo que contaba el hotel y no era así, tubimos que pedir todo y ahí recien lo llevaron, como secador de pelo por ejemplo.

Overpriced and Overrated, you can find much better alternatives in the same budget level

Fitness centre is amazing.

Hotel Staff were great.

Italian restaurant is super good.

Outdoor and garden area is beautiful

Cons:

The 1st room that we received was super dirty, hair balls all over the bathroom and beds.

The 2nd room that we received (after we moved from the 1st one) was dirty as well, greasy and sticky fingerprints all over the tables and windows, super dusty, broken seat in the bathroom.

Breakfast - tons of flys all over the food and fish, and it was just low quality overall. It wasn't tasty at all.

We were upgraded to a room that had an issue. They resolved it but I really had to advocate for myself and escalate.
