This is a clean, modern and fresh hotel with very friendly and obliging Staff both daytime and nights. My Wife and I had truly wonderful long-weekend in Leicester.
The location of the Novotel is absolutely wonderful for a City Break in this Historic City Centre.
You literally are a stones throw away (cross the road) from the Superb Highcross Centre (hundreds of shops, including a major John Lewis store; Excellent restaurants; De Lux Cinema complex, Gallery, Pubs and Casino are all on the doorstep).
Furthermore, the historic medieval heart of Leicester is only another four minute stroll from the Novotel including:
The Cathedral quarter, the famous Guildhall, the Leicester Lanes, Saint Mary Castro Church, Leicester Castle Gate and obviously the Richard 111 Visitor Centre (not to mention some more fantastic old pubs dating back hundreds of years).
Also, the Roman Jewry wall and Baths Museum is just around the corner.
We will definitely be going back, lots to see and do, a really buzzing friendly place that's easily missed and understated.
The Novotel is definitely without a doubt the ideal location to base yourself and explore it all from.

Toilet was leaking all night despite the fact that I told the receptionist they did not do anything about it, night staff very rude and unwelcoming
Ver conveniently located in the heart of Leicester.
Bed is very comfortable and the room is spacious and in this heat, AC was a blessing.
Wanted to try breakfast but wasn’t able to catch on time so maybe next time
Nothing actually, maybe if it was less costy but it wasn’t that pricey either so I can’t complain

I was upgraded to a Junior Suite and the room was exceptionally spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite being on a busy road there was no noise throughout the night and the location is great for a short walk into city centre. Check in/out was an easy process and it was useful to have the £10 parking for 24 hours as I was able to make use of this after checking out as well.
