The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet, and the staff, friendly, attentive and accommodating to our requests. Special thanks to Madame Larissa for making our stay so memorable and care-free.
In-room coffee service was hyper basic for a 4-star hotel.

The room was clean and there was a better food menu selection prior to before.
When I arrived it was later then expected, arrived at 9 P.M. We rushed to grab dinner before the restaurant closed. Arriving to our room the outside temperature was 15C and when we entered the room the thermostat was at 16C. We were already cold from the outside temperature to be hit with a cold room. Then I turned on the Kettle warmer for get hot water and it would not stop boiling, I picked it up to stop it and in the process burned my hand. When I called the front desk for a first aid kit they said they did not have any burn cream and would send someone to bring a new kettle. Never did she ask if I was okay, so I asked her for some ice and honey to treat the wound before my hand blistered any more. Then come to find out the thermostat was not working properly so then had to send someone to fix it. Do to the layout of the room if you shower the glass is see thru so I had to wait to shower till they finished the repair and brought the supplies asked for. The next day in the morning I asked the front desk receptionist if the housekeepers when they cleaned the room would please wash the dishes left on the top counter as I needed them for the trip the following day. When I arrived that was not done. The night before we had hot water for the shower but the following day the water was cold. After the house keepers came to clean the knob would no longer turn all the way. Yet due to the time frame I had to endure and get ready to leave as I had a very early travel. I had asked for my breakfast to be packaged up before I left. One of the items leaked thru the paper bag it was placed in. So I had a big mess to clean up as I was trying to leave and do the check out at the same time. The one good customer service I would say is the spa lady.We arrived to the spa at 9pm and it was said to close at 10 P.M yet the sauna and steam room were already turned off. She offered to turn them back on so we can get to use them for 15 Min.

Friendly staff, clean & comfortable facilities.
We would have expected bath slippers, a coffee machine, and other standard niceties common in equivalent 4-start hotels.
Bien dans sa globalité mais deux points qui peuvent être largement amélioré :
- l'eau de la douche sortait abondamment à l'extérieur de la douche même entrainant un inconfort et risque de glissade au sol
- l'hôte aspirante du wc est très lente et peu efficace. L'odeur reste après plusieurs minutes d'utilisation.

Duften schon einige Male im Novotel übernachten und es ist immer etwas besonderes, der Hektik Tanas zu entfließende den Luxus und comfort des Hotels zu genießen.
Heute aber ein besonderes Lob an das Personal. Immer freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Namentlich hervorgehoben möchte ich hier Mirana. Vielen Dank für alles !
