Dear Hotel Management,

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding an incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel last night.

I booked a room at your hotel for myself and my girlfriend. I had to leave the hotel for some work, so my girlfriend stayed alone in the room overnight.

At approximately 8:05 AM this morning, an unidentified person entered our room. When my girlfriend woke up and noticed the person, they immediately left the room.

This incident has caused us serious concern about our privacy, personal safety, and the security of your hotel.

I would appreciate a prompt explanation of the following:

1. Who entered our room at approximately 8:05 AM?
2. Why did this person enter the room while my girlfriend was inside?
3. Was this person a member of your hotel staff, and did they have authorization to enter?
4. Can you please check the relevant CCTV footage and access records to establish what happened?

Please investigate this incident urgently and provide me with a written explanation. I also request that any relevant CCTV footage and electronic access records be preserved.

Clean, cosy, great location, can’t go wrong!
Pros:

Clean, cosy room. Excellent facilities in the room and a lovely bar and restaurant downstairs. Very convenient car park just round the corner that was fairly reasonably priced for centre of Manchester. Great location, close to everything and it was such great value too!

Nothing, I really liked it!

Modern and cosy.
Pros:

It’s cosy. Rooms are small but modern. The two asian guys who work there at reception were so nice and friendly. They definitely made my stay so much better, they were professional, informative, and kind. They were always there to help whenever needed.

Cons:

It’s close by to i assume a football club or something sports related, so it can get quite busy at times and congested at the entrance. Other than that, nothing I disliked.

Unsatisfactory
Pros:

What like is the location only.

Cons:

The manager is very rude. He lacks managerial skills and his approach was very unacceptable. We are about 20 people that came in a group. When we asked a simple question about why we can't have some things in our rooms like just ordinary water incase of emergency. His answer was he is prepared to cancel our booking if we want to leave.

Grosse, moderne Zimmer, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Gute Lage, nur 4 Minuten zu Fuss zur nächsten Tramstation "Queens Road".

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum war es sehr kalt, die Klimaanlage lief viel zu stark

A modern well run hotel in Manchester with good staff & reasonable prices.
Pros:

A modern well run hotel which I would highly recommend for a one or two night stay. Great clean facilities & rooms, ample of car parking & good value for money restaurant.

Cons:

Would be great if they could offer room service - however there is no objection to taking restaurant food back to your room. Also if they had the option of booking a bigger room it would facilitate doing more work in the room & enjoying the stay further. No criticism only suggestions.

Excellent stay, clean, comfy and quiet.
Pros:

Clean modern rooms. Good coffee and friendly staff! Great price and location for the Coop Live. Lots of parking although it is an extra £15 per night.

Cons:

The hairdryer wasn’t very good.
