Für 1 Nacht ok, das Preisleistungsverh. passt überhaupt nicht, wir (6 Gäste) haben die selbe Meinung

Die Lage am Rand der Soester Innenstadt ist gut, Parkplätze sind ausreichend am Hotel verfügbar

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind für eine oder 2 Nächte ausreichend; das Frühstück kostet 18€, es ist zum satt werden ausreichend, aber nicht wirklich vielfältig, es fehlten z.B. frisches Obst oder Croissants, die Käsescheiben klebten zusammen; der Frühstücksraum ist gleichzeitig die Hotellobby;

Sauberkeit und Personal sind zu beanstanden

Die Sauberkeit
Insbesondere das Badezimmer war nicht sauber, Zahnpasta am Wasserhahn, und Gläser. Müllgefäß nicht geleert
Nach Reklamation wurde nachgesäubert.
Eine Beschwerde an der Rezeption wurde ignoriert, wir sollten uns an die Geschäftsleitung wenden.
Keine Entschuldigung, sorry oä.

prima locatie, eenvoudige kamer maar goede bedden, redelijk goed ontbijt.
Pros:

personeel was prima, vragen direct beantwoord.

Cons:

ik kreeg het online niet voor elkaar om met ontbijt te boeken. bij aankomst gelijk bijgeboekt. wel vond ik het raar dat ik dat gelijk moest afrekenen. ook de bar bon, direct betalen. niet alles bij vertrek. Niet dat het erg is, maar dat ben ik bij een hotel niet gewend.

Kamers zonder airco, matig ontbijt
Pros:

De mooie oude stad van Soest is op 5 minuten lopen. De kamer is redelijk ruim, goed bed, schone badkamer. Prima terras.

Cons:

Ontbijt is echt ondermaats vergeleken met wat ik elders in deze prijsklasse aangeboden krijg. Kamer heeft geen airco, waardoor de afkoeling van de loeihete kamer enkel door een volledig geopend raam een beetje lukte. Daardoor veel last van het verkeerslawaai.

Pros:

Eerste keer dat we dit hotel namen in soest. Wat een leuke verassing dat meerdere in het hotel nederlands spreken. Zeer leuk hotel. Je voelt een familie sfeer. Nu soest is zoiezo al thuiskomen voor ons. Alles was zeker in orde. Jammer dat we maar bleven voor 1 nacht. Maar als ik nog kom naar soest dan kom ik zeker terug naar dit hotel

Pros:

Die Lage ist prima wenn man mit dem Auto anreist. Es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze. Das Personal war freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Das Hote ist ganz schön verwinkelt und in die Jahre gekommen.
Der braune Teppich der überall ausliegt könnte vielleicht mit Laminat ausgetauscht werden. Dann würde alles viel moderner wirken.
Sonst empfehlenswert.
