Pros:

Aamiainen oli hyvä, tyypillinen ketjuhotellin aamiainen. Tarjolla oli kaikki perusjutut, lisäksi juustoleipää ja lakkahilloa.

Pros:

Luggage storage was a real nice convenience. Location good for walking to restaurants shopping and the Artikum. I really enjoyed the sauna and fitness room.

Cons:

Bathroom was very tiny and the shower gets the bathroom floor wet. Teapot and cups were in the room but no tea or coffee packets.

В цілому перебування було комфортним, враження залишилися чудові.
Pros:

Чисте помешкання з майже всім необхідним. Є кондиціонування повітря і налаштування температури в помешканні. Наявність столика та настільної лампи для роботи. Смачні та різноманітні сніданки. Зручне розташування готелю в самому серці міста, навпроти великого торгового центру. Сам готель вже трохи втомлений, зважаючи на те, що в сезон багато туристів.

Cons:

Не вистачило кімнатних капців та кави чи чаю. Чашки та бокали були. Чайник теж. Незрозуміло чи можна пити воду з під крану.

Best in Rovaniemi
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights in 2 separate stays. The hotel is centrally located, just opposite a large Shopping Center and is on a shopping street with a lot of nearby shopping and eating options.

We came around 10.30AM. We did our early registration and we were asked to come back around 14.30PM. We kept our luggage in their luggage room while we roamed around Rovaniemi. We came back around 14.30 and our room was ready.

We booked a Superior Family Four room that came with a King-sized bed and a bunk bed, enough for our children to sleep on. Our room was located on the second floor, and since I am a light sleeper, I was concerned over the noise. However, I slept like a baby and only heard little noise during our stay. The room was somewhat small for 4 people and 5 luggage, though. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was adequate and had the basic amenities.

The breakfast was excellent, although there was not much of a change day by day during our stay. If you plan to rent a car, there was a Hertz in the back of the reception in the same building. And if you came by a Santa Express bus, their stop was just opposite of the hotel. Shoutout to the friendly and warm reception staff. Kudos to the management.

Et veldig bra hotell som vi gjerne besøker igjen.
Pros:

Veldig godt utvalg på frokostbuffeten, og godt utvalg i glutenfri mat(jeg har cøliaki). Delikat oppdekking, og lun atmosfære i frokostrestauranten. Beliggenheten er perfekt, og lett å finne fram til hotellet.

Cons:

Har ingen ting å utsette, verken med hotellet eller personalet....veldig hjelpsomme, imøtekommende og de ytet god service. Vi følte oss velkommen som gjester og ble godt ivaretatt.

Perfect short stay.
Pros:

I must admit the hotel has a very good location. So-called family room is sufficient for 2 adults and 2 kids, in particular for a short stay. We had a view of the restaurant from the window - it seemed very funny to kids. We liked the approach to early arrival - you can leave your luggage or pay 20 EUR for early check-in. Before the check-in hotel sends you an SMS with a link to some important information related to the rules of stay. In other words, upon the arrival you are already well-informed.

Pros:

Generalnie pobyt w hotelu udany, blisko centrum, blisko galeria handlowa, przystanek autobusowy skąd odjeżdża autobus na lotnisko albo do Wioski Mikołaja.
Smaczne śniadania. I warto rano przyjść na śniadanie z termosem i zrobić sobie herbatkę na wynos. Przydatne zwłaszcza zimą gdy po śniadaniu planujesz zimowe atrakcje.

Cons:

Brak szafy, brak półek, co prawda jest kilka wieszaków na drążku od lustra ale to za mało. Przez parę dni ciuchy trzymasz w walizce na podłodze jest to uciążliwe, ciągle czegoś szukasz. Brak czajnika, a byliśmy zimą i po powrocie do pokoju aż się chciało ciepłej herbatki ale niestety... Na szczęście przy recepcji był automat z płatna kawa lub herbata.
