Pros:

It’s location was great being close to the station and attractions

Cons:

They didn’t have a kettle for tea or coffee 🤔😡and wanted an extra $22:00 per day !!!!x10 days . Very expensive!we weren’t happy! Staff not overly friendly , very abrupt and felt as though we were interrupting them! Except for the guy with the pony tail hair he was nice

La ubicación perfecta ,puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. El desayuno abundante y buenísimo muy variado están completamente reponiendo, de los mejores desayunos en hoteles de la misma categoría por Europa que he probado

Cons:

Por error me cobraron más al llegar, yo no me di ni cuenta y al momento de subir a la habitación me llamaron para explicarme el error. Bajé a que me hicieran el reembolso y tuvieron un detalle conmigo así que, aunque fue en principio fue un fallo, lo valoro como algo positivo por su rápida solución.

they changed the billing in the check-in saying that I didn’t have a reservation for 2 people but for one. I don’t know if it was a problem of Booking or the hotel. I insisted that Booking always accepts 2 people bedrooms for the price of 1. So I payed more than expected. I’m still waiting Booking response.

C'était très bien, ça aurait pu être mieux avec plus d'informations pratiques données à l'accueil
Cons:

Peu d'informations données par le personnel à l'entrée : très sympathique mais par exemple, nous avons raté les 20% ristourne au Expresso House où nous avons été 2x chaque jour ! Et on a vu les vélos à louer, que le dernier jour. Ce genre d'informations auraient été utiles plus clairement. C'est mentionné lorsqu'on scanne un QR etc... mais ce n'est pas clair, très dommage !

Only for the location
Pros:

Good location and easy to walk everywhere. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. As a hotel guest you get a discount from a nearby cafe.

Cons:

One of the worst hotel beds ever. So soft and too big for the room. Room itself was so small that it's definitely not for two people. Bathroom very small as well and shower makes the whole room wet and steamy. A bit noisy, you can hear everything from other rooms.

Breakfast wasn't included the price so you only pay good price for sleeping.
