Wir kommen gerne wieder
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich die Zimmer waren sauber die Matratze gut. Die nähe zum Einkaufszentrum ist hervorragend. Man kann auch zu Fuß in die Einkaufsmetropol laufen. Ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Vielen Dank wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Die extreme Wärme im Zimmer war das einzige Manko, da es keine Klimaanlagen gab, sondern lediglich einen Ventilator.

ei sehr großer Hitze, ist das Hotel nicht zu ertragen. Liegt wohl an der Bauweise
Das Badezimmer müsste mal etwas überarbeitet werden. Fehlende Handtücher, klorollen schief. Eine Renovierung wäre in manchen Bereichen wünschenswert.

Jederzeit wieder, nur nicht im Sommer
Pros:

Wir sind gerne im Achat Hotel Bochum da das Personal sehr freundlich ist und die Lage gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Sommer nicht klimatisiert und wir konnten kein Fenster öffnen da direkt am Fenster die Gäste laut bis spät in die Nacht gesessen und geraucht haben. Somit mussten wir in einer Sauna schlafen.

Die Größe des Zimmers. SAUBERKEIT. SUPER SERVICEPERSONAL!

Cons:

Das die Zimmer nicht klimatisiert sind. Lediglich der Konferenzraum verfügt über eine Klimaanlage, dieser wurde für Familien mit Kind zur Verfügung gestellt, was wirklich angenehm machte, wenn der Tag bereits mit 30°C beginnt.

Geweldig
Pros:

Ontbijt was geweldig, personeel heel vriendelijk en beleefd en de locatie is perfect, vlakbij een mega winkelcentrum : "Ruhrpark" Ook binnen 10 minuten via de snelweg naar het centrum van Dortmund, het stadion van Borussia Dortmund en het Westfalen park.

A heatwave Disaster, because there was no airco

Cons:

That there was no airco in the room and in the building. It was 38 degrees! It was boiling hot! The rooms had carpet. So we had to open widely our windows.thankfully we could arrange a ventilator, but there was hot air coming out. We just went to the westfield mall to cool down. In the evening went to sleep early, but we barely could sleep because or the heat. In the morning we went as the 1st ones to eat (in germany supermarkets are closed otherwise we would def go there) and then for the first time we checked out so early. We just wanted to go because it was so hard to stay.

Kahvaltı çok alternatifli ve güzeldi.Personel çok güleryüzlü.Hemen yanındaki Meditherm terapi ve sağlık merkezini kullanmak için gittim.Bu benim için mükemmeldi.!Otelden çıkıp oraya gitmek bir dakika bile sürmüyor!Odam oldukça büyük ve rahattı,ancak aşırı sıcak havalara rastladım!!!Odalarda klima olmaması, uyumak için çok zordu 😞Bir daha ki seyatimi kesinlikle yaz aylarında planlamak istemem...Ama otelin girişinde filtre su makineleri var ! sınırsız ücretsiz su olması mükemmeldi 😀
