Great location and friendly staff.
Pros:

The location was great, 5 minutes walking distance to the central station, with a shopping mall right across the corner. Full of restaurants around the area, very suitable for tourists. The room was decent with a very cozy wooden interior

Cons:

I do appreciate the housekeeping staff coming over every day to pick up the trash. It would help much if they could do a quick vacuum from time to time, since my long hair gets all over the place.

Mukava hotelli askelen päässä Kampista ja kahden askelen päässä rautatieasemasta.
Pros:

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä. Henkilökunta oli osaava.

Cons:

Jostain syystä suihkun lattia ei kuivunut ja seinäkin oli ehkä juuri sen takia laikukas.
Sunnuntaina Braidin jälkeen hotellin edusta oli todella epäsiisti ja taksimiesten pitäisi viedä tumpit sinne minne ne kuuluu.Eikö alue kuulu hotellin siivottavaksi?Antaa huonon kuvan paikasta.

Hyvä sijainti, tilat nätit, henkilökunta perus kohteliasta.

Cons:

Huoneessa vähän epäsiisteyttä. Tärkeimmät olivat puhtaat, eli lakanat, pyyhkeet, käsienpesuallas eikä näkyvää likaa lattioilla. Kumminkin pöydillä, tasoilla ja esim. ikkunanlaudalla huomattavia tahroja. Suihkun lasiseinä likainen, sekä varsinkin lasiseinän tiiviste tummunut. Tiedostan kumminkin, että hotellisiivoojilla kiireinen aikataulu, mutta pienistäkin tahroista voi tulla epähygieeninen tuntuma koko tilasta.
