Maybe better play room for the kids
Die Lage des Hotels war super für einen Kurztrip. Sehr zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten und zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir durften für eine Zusatzgebühr von 20€ 4 Stunden früher einchecken.
Das Badezimmer war schon etwas älter und könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Insgesamt wirkte die Möblierung älter, als auf den Bildern bei der Buchung. Vor 4 Jahren hatten wir ein wesentlich moderneres Zimmer.
Localização excelente, perto da estação de trem central, próximo das principais atrações de Helsinque. Quarto espaçoso, mas não foi providenciada arrumação e nem troca de toalhas no período de hospedagem.
Poderia haver um local para fazer refeições com comida comprada de fora, com mesas, cadeiras, forno de micro-ondas e talheres descartáveis.

The bed was so cozy and the room was well layed out. The window actually opened and our room faced a square and you can get on the tram right across the street. The central train station was about 2 blocks away and easily walkable. Plenty of shopping near by and lots of places to dine. It was very quiet at night. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was extremely friendly. I would highly recommend staying here. Got hot choices for a hot or cold breakfast.
The lighting controls for the room were odd, but they worked just fine.

Pongo una puntuación algo más baja porque me dejé mi DNI allí y se supone que no lo encontraron, siendo algo importante podrían haber puesto más esfuerzo ya que avisé a las pocas horas de irme de allí.
The location of the hotel is perfect. It was very nice that it was possible to check-in early. The room was quite big and comfortable. It was nice that it was possible to open the window at the room. The breakfast had something for everyone..
Since my room was on the 2nd floor it would have been nice to walk there by stairs and not use the elevator every time, but the door to the staircase was locked.

Huoneen siivousta en edes huomannut ensimmäisen yön jälkeen. Kahvia ja maitoa ei ollut lisätty käytön myötä. Hotelli itsessään on ihan kiva ja rauhallinen. Sijainti hyvä.
Location is excellent. The room was nice.
The matress was not very comfortable, generally hard on my lower back. We ate at one of the restaurants in the hotel (Mas?). The food was fine but they were out of a lot of options, I only got my third choice (Thu night). Lots of great restaurants in Helsinki, so just skip this one.
