Die Lage ist top, es gibt einen direkt Zugang mit dem Fahrstuhl zu einen Einkauszentrum mit Supernarkt. Die Sehenwürdigkeiten sind toll zu erlaufen. Tramverbindung direkt zum Westhafen, wenn man von Tallinn kommt oder dahin möchte.

Hotelul este amplast perfect. Foarte aproape de gara centrala (5-6min de mers pe jos, daca nu ai bagaj greu), extrem de aproape de hub-ul penru autobuze, aflat in mall-ul Kamppi, practic lipit de hotel, distante relativ scurte de mers pe jos de Centru, Market Square, Piata Senatului

Gostei: da localização e do hotel ter ligação direta com um Shopping e com os transportes públicos.
A arrumação do quarto deixou a desejar. Da ducha higiênica não funcionou, reclamei na recepção e não resolveram e nem me deram satisfação. O box quando utilizado para banho, molhava todo o banheiro. Faltou uma chaleira, para um café ou chá no quarto. Bem como um ventilador ou ar condicionado, muito quente no verão.

Zeer goed ontbijtbuffet, het hotel ligt op een centaal punt van de stad waardoor alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand zijn, openbaar vervoer stopt voor de deur, treinstation op 100 meter

Golvet klibbigt och generellt upplevdes rummet inte särskilt rent städat. Såväl handtvål som schampoo var slut i stora badrummet och det krävdes flera samtal till receptionen innan de svarade och åtgärdade.

Location was brilliant. Bed was comfortable. Reception leant me a converter plug for whihc I was grateful. The play area for toddler was useful.
Housekeeping is beyond terrible, and they have no cards to give directions. Despite personally requesting several times, I was quite unhappy with them. I have never seen anyone make the bed this poorly, and that also after a request was quite poor.
The room layout in terms of all lights being turned off by a few master switches was annoying and confusing.
The rooms are hot, they say it has ventilation, but not really, the corridors are comfortable, but that air conditioning doesn't extend to the rooms, which is annoying.
The bidet only turns on if you are also wasting water from the sink tap, which is just wasteful.
Location is fantastic!
Rooftop bar was closed. Would love if there was still access this so we could have enjoyed the sunset views from this location
