Aamiainen oli monipuolinen ja laadukas.
Huone oli todella kylmä ja vetoisa. Samaa kertoivat muutkin asukkaat. Mitään ravintolapalveluita ei ollut tarjolla enää kello 22.00 aikoihin jolloin kirjauduin hotelliin. Aamiainen piti maksaa erikseen. Hintalaatusuhde ei ole hyvä verkkeihin verrattuna.
Aamiainen oli hyvä, mutta sen maksamisessa oli epäselvyyttä. Tapahtuiko maksu Booking.com välityksellä vai lähdön yhteydessä? Jäi minulle pikkuisen epäselväksi. Jäi epäily, olenko maksanut aamiaisesta kahteen kertaan.

Hyvä aamiainen, mukava henkilökunta, siisti huone. Autolle löytyi paikka hotellin yhteydestä ja sieltä pääsi suotaan hissillä kerroksiin. Hotelli sijaitsee keskeisellä paikalla.

The restaurant staff were exceptional. The food was way above expectations with an extraordinary chef. Total delight to eat the food and the staff were so attentive. Breakfast was also first class with plenty of choice and options. Underground parking fo a high fee.
The bed was hard. The toilet was about to fall off the wall. Mould in the shower. Room was dated and more like a student bedsit. Couldn’t control the heating. Check-in was good except when my husband simply asked if they had a luggage trolley. Surely not an unusual request from the parking garage with four panniers and 2 tanks bags on a round the world tour for 72 & 64 year olds! The desk receptionist said she’d go and ask and came back laughing saying no we don’t, you’ll have to carry them. Mostly smaller hotels don’t have luggage trolleys but there’s no harm in asking is there? Yes it’s our choice to have the luggage and our choice to travel the world on motorcycles. It’s also our choice to never stay in another Scandic hotel anywhere in the world. Train your staff in half decent customer service or expect to be ditched by more like us. It was only a question and didn’t deserve the response.
