Short, clean but uncomfortable
Pros:

I liked the location, booked it purely because it was near the bus station we needed the following morning and it was cheap which was great as we literally stayed to sleep. Arrived late at night, nearly midnight, then left early for our bus at 8am. It was clean and spacious for what we needed

Cons:

The beds felt like a sheet on top of a stack of cardboard. Very thankful we weren’t staying there more than one night because it was so uncomfortable could barely sleep.

Very friendly and helpful host, good location for hospital visit.
Pros:

The receptionist was very helpful and very friendly!
The location was perfect because my boyfriend was in the hospital, only a 5 minute walk from Hanoi French Hospital.
The air conditioning was working very well and there was warm water.

Cons:

The bed was very hard, wifi and reception in the room was bad.
It smelled a little musty in the room.
