Pros:

Sehr bequeme Betten. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut.

Cons:

Parkplatz zu klein und fast keine freien Parkplätze.

Cons:

Rozczarowujący pobyt i bardzo słabe podejście do zgłoszonych problemów.
Największym problemem była nieskutecznie działająca klimatyzacja. Pomimo zgłoszenia problemu ostatecznie musiałem spać przy otwartych oknach, a hałas z ulicy uniemożliwiał mi normalny odpoczynek.
Dodatkowo wystąpiły problemy z Wi-Fi oraz krótkotrwała awaria zasilania. Śniadanie również było rozczarowujące – część produktów nie była uzupełniona, niektóre potrawy były zimne, a przy stolikach były owady.
Istotną kwestią był również lek, który wymagał odpowiednich warunków temperaturowych. Hotel wiedział o tej sytuacji, jednak nie udało się zapewnić mi rozwiązania, które dawałoby pełne poczucie bezpieczeństwa.
Najgorsze było jednak podejście do reklamacji. Hotel odrzucił moje zastrzeżenia i uznał sprawę za zamkniętą, mimo przedstawionej dokumentacji. Po interwencji Booking.com hotel nadal odmówił uznania reklamacji.
Ostatecznie Booking.com zaproponował mi 75,10 zł w formie środków na przyszłe podróże. Doceniam, że Booking.com podjął sprawę, jednak rekompensata w tej wysokości nie odpowiada mojej ocenie całej sytuacji.
Nie polecam i nie planuję ponownego pobytu.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie, byliśmy kilka juz razy i na pewno nie ostatni:)
Pros:

Śniadania są przepyszne, byliśmy już kilka razy. Wracamy i będziemy wracać do Was zawsze!

Cons:

Zapach pościeli trochę zniechęca, mam nadzieję, ze następnym razem pościel i ręczniki będą na plus

Great hotel at the border
Pros:

The hotel is literally at the German border.
Massive parking lot. Room was clean and good size. Beds were comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was one of the best’s I had so far in the economy hotels.

Pros:

Nice staff, comfy beds, good location and parking and breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Shower is very badly made and it leaks inside the bathroom and the room itself. Elevator was broken and there are no fridges in the room.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka i klimatyzacja, idealne na krótki nocleg w podróży.
Pros:

Czysty i przestronny pokój z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami i poduszkami, w pełni wystarczający dla rodziny. Dużym atutem w trakcie upałów była sprawnie działająca klimatyzacja. Obiekt ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację – idealny wybór na jednonocny przystanek w podróży do Berlina.

Cons:

Rozwiązanie z łazienką oddzieloną jedynie przeszklonymi ścianami, stanowiącą część pokoju zamiast osobnego pomieszczenia. Mimo że szyba jest matowa/nieprzezroczysta, taki układ odbiera poczucie pełnej prywatności.
