Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü özellikle Pakistanlı bir resepsiyon görevlisi var Asım o kadar çok yardımcı olduki kendisine çok teşekkürler.Odada çay kahve ve su ısıtıcısı olması çok iyi

Odaları bulmak için katlar arasında değişik merdiven sistemi var asansörden indikten sonra ilk gün biraz uğraşıyorsunuz. Odada mini buzdolabı ve netflix gibi uygulamaları çalıştıracak smart TV yok buzdolabı yok

Beautiful Hotel
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The rooms were so clean with fresh towels and bedding daily. The Restaurant was beautifully designed and the food was delicious.

Lovely stay, good value for money
Pros:

The location is practically withing walking distance to the center. The rooms are clean and spacious. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

The trains pass very close so you can hear them..... not all night but can be uncomfortable if they disturb your sleep. We went in summer.... no AC

Rudeness of staff to others. They were polite to us but rude to customers on the phone and were ‘cold’ to guests at non-peak times.

Gutes Hotel mit hoher Geräuschkulisse
Pros:

Wir hatten ein großzügiges Zimmer. Gute Matratze. Großes Bad. Alles relativ neu renoviert.
Das Frühstück war super.

Cons:

Die Fenster ließen sich nur einen kleinen Spalt öffnen. Hätten gerne mehr Luft im Zimmer gehabt. Der Geräuschpegel draußen war sehr hoch, da,die Bahn direkt vor unserem Fenster langfuhr und ein Pub unter unserem Fenster war.

Gute Lage und angemessenes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aber renovierungsbedürftiges Badezimmer.
Pros:

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist insgesamt in Ordnung. Das Personal war – mit einer Ausnahme – freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß und überwiegend sauber.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Viertel gehört zwar nicht zu den schönsten, dafür erreicht man die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell. Auch der Flughafenbus und der Bahnhof sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig! Es gibt keine Lüftung, wodurch es sehr feucht wird, der Duschkopf lässt sich nur auf einen extrem starken Wasserstrahl einstellen, die veraltete Armatur ist unpraktisch, da das Wasser immer zuerst kalt kommt, und der Duschvorhang wurde während des Duschens ständig nach innen gezogen – trotz Befolgung der Hinweise im Badezimmer.
Es gab für 3 Personen lediglich 1 kleines Fläschchen Duschgel, was einfach zu wenig ist. Die Handseife wurde nach einmaliger Benutzung vom Reinigungspersonal entfernt und keine neue nachgelegt, sodass das kleine Fläschchen Duschgel auch noch fürs Händewaschen verwendet werden musste. Das Housekeeping sollte hier eindeutig genauer arbeiten.
