Cómoda y placentera!!
Pros:

La ubicación y el restaurante.

Cons:

Únicamente, tuvimos que pedir una toalla extra, la reservación fue para 3 adultos y nos dejaron dos toallas, fuera de eso, todo excelente!!!

Una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Querétaro

Excelente opción para hospedarse en Querétaro. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y muy agradables. Esta es nuestra segunda estancia en el hotel y seguimos teniendo una muy buena experiencia. Aunque el precio normal puede ser algo alto, cuando encontramos una tarifa promocional siempre lo preferimos sobre otras alternativas por su excelente ubicación, comodidad y calidad en el servicio, además de un estacionamiento muy amplio.

Cons:

Como área de oportunidad, consideramos que el baño podría recibir un poco más de atención en cuanto a mantenimiento. En nuestra primera estancia la puerta era algo pesada y difícil de manipular, mientras que en esta segunda ocasión notamos una pequeña gotera. Ninguno de estos detalles afectó nuestra comodidad ni impidió que disfrutáramos de la estancia, pero son aspectos que podrían revisarse para seguir mejorando la experiencia de los huéspedes.
