El personal es el protagonista en el hotel, son excelentes
Pros:

La ubicación del lugar, en un punto muy estratégico, tuve un percance con mi auto y el personal del hotel me.apoyo como no tienen idea, gracias por ello, ademas, en el estacionamiento esta el sr. Mas amable del.mundo, me hizo sentir como parte de su familia al despedirme del hotel

Cons:

La habitación era un poco pequeña, las camas algo rígidas y la almohada parecía hecha con retazo de ropa, muy incomoda. El bufete me pareció caro y los alimentos que servían eran muy básicos, nada que valiera la pena por lo que pague, el cafe es malo, no lo recomiendo si te gusta el café, lo mejor es la fruta y la estación de la parrilla, omelette preparados al momento y tacos, gorditas y quesadillas tambien, tardado ya que es 1 persona en cada estación (muy amables y con un buen sazón, lo mejor del buffette) en resumen instalaciones muy bonitas, habitaciones equis pero se han hecho de un personal excelente que es el que rescata la experiencia

La comida

Cons:

El cuarto 228 tiene enfrente la entrada y salida de personal al estacionamiento por lo que todo el dia y la noche están azotando esa puerta por lo que no logras dormir nada. Ojalá arreglen ese tema.
