great apartment and view
Pros:

Very nice apartment, wonderful view, close to the beach. The terrace is too small (~60 cm), but the room is spacious.

Great stay!
Pros:

My husband and I stayed at the Luau over Labor Day weekend for a conference in Sandestin, FL. The condo was very clean and we had no issues with parking or the elevators. We will definitely be back. We used Vacation Haven and all of our questions were answered in a quick manner. We rented a studio as it was just the two of us but it was spacious enough and comfortable.

Pros:

It was very good except one of the elevators was out and we were on the 16th floor. Kinda crowed getting on it. Heard it is not usually like that. It will be fixed soon.
